James Tedesco has finally completed his townhouse project.
The Sydney Roosters NRL player began work on the property in Lurnea, New South Wales, in 2016 and it is now available for rent.
The townhouse has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is listed for $700 per week.
Tedesco bought the property in 2015 for $750,000 and construction is estimated at $1.12 million, reports realestate.com.au.
The footballer previously revealed that he plans to build an extensive real estate portfolio.

“Property development is the best way to use your money,” the 30-year-old told The Daily Telegraph.
“I make more money than average, so I want to make the most of it while I can.”
He also owns a property in Menangle Park, which he paid $1 million for in 2015, and a Toongabbie apartment, which he bought in 2018 for $588,000.
Additionally, Tedesco owns a $1.75 million apartment in the Marbella Rose Bay complex, which rents out for $1,950 per week.

He sold his Spring Farm unit in 2018 for $670,000 after renovating it and owns a $5 million home on the Hunters Hill Peninsula.
Tedesco and his wife Maria Glinellis announced the birth of their first child in September.
The New South Wales and Australia full-back made the announcement on Instagram, posting: “Our beautiful little Rosie Mae Tedesco.” Born 9/21/23. Mom and boy are both happy and healthy.'
