AFL champion Luke Parker and his wife Kate Lawrence-Parker have sold their home in Sydney’s eastern suburbs for an undisclosed sum.
Listed for $2.7 million earlier this month, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom duplex in Matraville was set to go under the hammer on March 25.
But the eager buyers edged out the competition to seal the deal for the beautiful two-story home on March 24, reports Domain.
McGrath Maroubra real estate agents told the publication that the buyers recently sold in upscale Vaucluse and purchased the Parker home after “falling in love” with it.

The champion scored again in 2020 after selling a five-bedroom Malabar pad for $3.2 million that he bought in 2017 for $2.66 million.
