The 53rd edition of the Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières (GP3R), held on August 4th, 5th and 6th, offered races with many twists and turns and an engaged audience.

Over three days, visitors can experience free practice and qualifying, which mostly took place on Fridays. All events took place on Saturday and Sunday, in particular the Formula 1600, the modified Legends, but also the Nissan Sentra Cup and the Nascar Pinty’s.

Several pilots from Quebec were present. Among the numerous talented athletes are Alexandre Tagliani and Alex Labbé in the Nascar Pinty’s, Valérie Limoges and Nicolas Barrette in the Sentra Cup and Jean-Christophe Trahan, who was a Formula 1600 commentator for the first time in his career.

The GP3R excels at its accessibility as the public can easily visit the various paddocks. This allows you to observe the dynamics developed by each team, but also to take a closer look at the mechanics.
