The Sugababes livened up Friday’s Barclaycard Presents Isle Of Wight Festival, styled in noughties-inspired streetwear outfits.

The girl band opted for baggy cargo pants paired with a fitted top for the 50,000-strong festival.

Keisha Buchanan turned heads in a sexy blue cutout leotard worn under oversized beige pants.

The form-fitting teal unitard accentuated the singer’s perfect curves while the gaps drew attention to the star’s waist.

She paired the outfit with cream-colored chunky-soled sneakers and styled her hair in long waves.

Her trousers were more fitted, ending tight at the ankles.

She paired the pants with an extremely deep tank top, drawing attention to her ample chest.

The star accessorised the outfit with large silver hoop earrings and opted for chunky black platform sneakers from Naked Wolfe.

The reunited girl group was one of the main acts on Friday, as was Sophie Ellis-Bextor. wowing fans in a pink jersey.

She flaunted her toned pins as she paired a form-fitting sequined one-piece suit with orange glittery heels.

The ‘Murder On The Dance Floor’ hitmaker looked energetic as she sang from the heart on stage, wowing a selection of the 50,000 expected festival-goers.

The festival’s headliners, punk band Pulp, also performed on Friday night.

Other acts that night included The Clause, Courteeners and OneRepublic.

The Barclaycard presents the Isle of Wight Festival takes place at Seaclose Park in the Newport area of ​​the Isle of Wight.

A traditional start to the UK festival season, the Isle of Wight Festival’s origins date back to 1968 when it gained a reputation for being Europe’s version of Woodstock.

Around 10,000 revelers attended the first festival, held at Hells Field near Godshill.

On Saturday, the main stage will feature artists such as George Ezra, The Chemical Brothers, N-Dubz, Anne-Marie, Sam Ryder, Gabrielle and Scouting For Girls.

Although there was no Isle of Wight Festival for more than 30 years after 1970, it was relaunched in 2002 by music promoter John Giddings.

In 2023 the festival started on Thursday and will end on Sunday.

Groove Armada became the first artist to headline the main stage on Thursday of the event, with opening day support from LF System, Oh My God It’s The Church and Lottery Winners.

Sunday 18th June, the last day of the Isle of Wight festival in 2023, will see headlining performances from Robbie Williams, Blondie, Niall Horan, James Bay, Mika and Ella Henderson.

Numerous other artists will also perform over four days, including Sabrina Carpenter, The Human League, Example, Manic Street Preachers, Flo, Echo & The Bunnymen, The Enemy, The Reytons and Gang of Youths.

The original Sugababes reunited late last year, much to the delight of fans.

The trio originally formed in 1998 but have seen numerous line-up changes over the years, eventually replacing all three original members.

Siobhan left the company in 2001 and was replaced by Heidi Range. She abruptly left the band in 2001 after branding bandmate Kesha a “bully.”

Siobhan revealed in May that she suffered from debilitating anxiety, including stage fright, and later revealed she had been diagnosed with clinical depression.

Now that things are settled, Siobhan also credits the “more relaxed dynamic between the three of us” for relieving her stage fright.

Mutya left the band in 2005 and was replaced by Amelle Berrabah and Keisha was replaced by Jade Ewan when she left in 2009. The backup members stopped making music in 2011.

Since reuniting, the girls have appeared at many major events, including the TikTok Women’s Six Nations final between England and France in April.
