During their regular meeting, the collective of Lebanese and Palestinian forces discussed the latest Arab and regional political developments; and the situation of refugees in the country.
In a statement, the committee stressed the Palestinian people’s pride in their courageous resistance and response to attacks by the Israeli entity.
In this sense, they condemned the actions of the government of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the occupation army and their settlers against the Palestinians.
They insisted on the need for unity in battle until they succeeded in liberating all of Palestine and establishing their capital in Jerusalem.
The committee called for the broadest international campaign of Arab and Islamic solidarity with the Palestinian prisoners in the face of the Israeli prison regime’s arbitrariness and measures.
Discussing the Lebanese situation, he warned of the impact of the deepening crisis on all local citizens alike; and the urgency of mobilizing a plan to provide assistance to Palestinian refugees.
In this regard, he called on the Lebanese-Palestinian Dialogue Committee to address the dossier on human and social rights in the camps in order to strengthen ties between the two peoples.
Finally, the meeting highlighted the regional importance of the Chinese-brokered diplomatic deal between Iran and Saudi Arabia, which represents a blow to the US-Zionist project.
