One of the participants of the fourth edition of La Casa de los Famosos was excluded from the competition this Monday.

This is the former Venezuelan baseball player and personal trainer Carlos Gómez “El Cañón”.

The news was confirmed by Telemundo, the channel that airs the famous reality show. However, the reasons for his exclusion have not yet been given.

“Carlos has been EXCLUDED FROM #LCDLF4. Discover the reasons TONIGHT during #LaCasaDeLosFamosos (7:00 p.m./6:00 p.m.),” Telemundo posted on its X account (formerly known as Twitter).

Gómez was in danger of being eliminated this week, but was “saved” by two of his teammates at Sunday's gala.

    “El Cañon” was nominated alongside Rodrigo Romeh, Sophie Durand, Ariadna Gutiérrez, Clovis Nienow and Cristina Porta, who remain at risk of leaving the show.

    The participant with the fewest votes collected will be excluded from the program. The elimination gala will be broadcast on Telemundo today, Monday, from 8 p.m.
