Tiger Woods’ ex-wife drops $30 million lawsuit

Tigers Woods is no longer pursued by his former girlfriend Erica Herman.

The New Post learned on Tuesday that the woman had dropped the lawsuit seeking $30 million in damages related to a trust administration of the athlete’s home. She allegedly signed a verbal lease to stay in Woods’ apartment for another five years. She said she was locked out of the house and that it was a breach of the agreement.

Herman claimed she lived with Woods at his Hobe Sound estate for six years while they were together. She also stated that she had rendered her ex-lover “valuable services” in exchange for a rent-free apartment.

At the time of the split, in the fall of 2022, Herman said Woods hatched a plan to kick her out of his home, including promising to give her an impromptu vacation. She said staff at the golfer convinced her to pack for a vacation without Woods and that she was driven back to the airport. There she was told that she was no longer allowed to enter the house.

For his part, Woods has always denied having an agreement with Herman.
