Tori Spelling helps her son Liam overcome an injury.
The 16-year-old underwent surgery on his foot and ankle last month after sustaining an injury in a fall six weeks earlier.
On Monday, 50-year-old Tori was seen carrying her son's crutches as they returned to their parked car in Newbury Park, California.
The family left a doctor's appointment for Liam, whose cast was apparently removed during the session.
Tori held the passenger door open for her son as he approached the car on his crutches before grabbing her.

For the outing, Tori wore baggy black sweatpants, a white tank top, and a sweatshirt that slipped off her shoulders.
Her hair was tattered and her face was hidden behind a surgical blue face mask.
She was wearing Liam's cast, which was full of supportive signatures.
Last month, Tori opened up about Liam's surgery and shared snaps of him lying in a hospital bed with an IV in his arm, waiting for his operation.
“My first baby is waiting for foot surgery… I'm not sure who's more nervous, him or mom,” she posted on Instagram, sharing a crying emoji.
Spelling then added: “Proud of your courage @liammcdermott. “And it can only get better from there!'
A day later, Spelling announced that her son needed surgery after sustaining an injury in a fall six weeks earlier.
“To anyone asking…Liam fell down the stairs at home and has been in pain and unable to move ever since.” 6 weeks + no healing, we've had lots of opinions and Liam's broken scaphoid bone in his right foot had to be removed and then the tendon with one Metal hook bar reattached to his main bone,” she posted.

She also said he was on the mend.
“My husband did great!” Thanks to Dr. Gifford, our amazing foot and ankle surgeon, and her team at Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital, the surgery was a success.
“And he even had a visit from Dr. Saul – my children’s pediatrician since birth! Dr. Saul is our family!' She added a tag for Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital.

The couple separated last year after 18 years of marriage and Spelling celebrated her first Christmas as a single mother last month.
