Reportedly, Tori Spelling could have lived in a $9 million Bel Air mansion instead of moving her family to a motel and RV.

The 50-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 actress – who has children Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, 6, with her reportedly estranged husband Dean McDermott, 56, has been seen alive since early August with her brood in the camper van.

But it was reported that she could have stayed at Bravo’s million dollar listing broker, Josh Flagg’s home, before deciding to move out.

The outlet said a source said earlier this year, 37-year-old Josh housed Tori and her children at his mansion in Bel-Air, Calif. before moving them to a $100-a-night motel.

The insider said, “She seemed surprisingly cheerful (at the time).”

“Josh offered her his home (temporarily) while he traveled around Europe,” a source told PageSix this week.

On Thursday, Tori shared photos of her family having fun in the RV.

But the source claimed Tori and her kids were only there for six days and “then went to the motel before[Josh]came back.”

Josh hasn’t commented on the report, but the website said he and Tori are “like brother and sister.”

Tori was forced to move out of a rental home with her family earlier this year after discovering an “extreme” mold infestation was causing them serious health problems – and was later spotted living in a motel with her children.

An insider told Entertainment Tonight of her latest move: “The mold situation (in her house) is real, but it’s been difficult for her to find housing during it because her financial situation isn’t great.”

They added that she is “doing her best to make things work out and take care of her kids” and that she appears to view her stay at the trailer park “as a getaway and not as a life situation”.

Tori was spotted in Ventura County living in a Sunseeker E450 RV that has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room.

After she was spotted at a motel in July, sources said it had nothing to do with her apparent split from “Due South” star Dean.

An insider told Us Weekly that she booked rooms in the modest home due to the ongoing mold problem at her and Dean’s marital home.

They said, “Tori and Dean are doing really well and their hotel stay with their kids has nothing to do with a breakup.”

“They decided to stay there because there was an ongoing mold problem in their home.” “Tori takes this issue very seriously and will not expose herself or her children to it.”

Tori said in May that poisonous mushrooms in her family home had been “slowly killing” her family for three years as she urged her fans to recommend a lawyer.
