Travis Kelce has spoken out about his relationship with Taylor Swift.
On Wednesday’s episode of their New Heights podcast, the American football player and his brother Jason Kelce opened up about how the romance between the Kansas City Chiefs star and the Lover singer affected his performances on the field.
“Not only is social media noticing (Travis’ improvement), but it seems like Big Red is noticing it too,” Jason Kelce said, referring to Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid, known as Big Red.
Travis Kelce responded, “Look, when you have Big Red’s approval and blessing, you’re doing something right.”

The coach said in a postgame press conference Sunday that Travis Kelce has improved on the field since dating the pop star.
He told reporters that the sports star “gets better with time,” adding, “Taylor can stay as long as she wants.”
During Sunday’s game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Chargers, CBS Sports released a graphic showing that the player has gained 52.2 more yards per game for his team since Taylor Swift started attending his games.

This week, the athlete’s father, Ed Kelce, described the pop superstar as “very sweet” and “very charming” in an interview with People.
“We’re sitting in the suite, she gets up and goes into the living room, she gets up to get a drink or something, and she starts collecting the empty bottles, the cans and the plates that are scattered everywhere. I don’t think she was told how to be a diva. She’s not the spoiled star. She doesn’t know how to proceed. And to me that says a lot.”
