Two women who claim to be on prosecutors’ list of six Andrew Tate victims say they were never molested

Two women who claim to be among Andrew Tate’s accusers say they are friends with him and have never lodged a complaint with the police.

The influencers, who go by the names of Beatrice and Jasmina and have tate girl tattoos on their bodies, say they see millionaire “Webcam King” as part of their “family.”

Prosecutors said they identified six victims in the trafficking case who were subjected to “acts of physical violence and psychological coercion” and sexually exploited by the group, which includes Tate, his brother Tristan and two Romanian women, they say.

One of the six alleged victims has also accused one of the brothers of rape.

But speaking to Romanian media, Beatrice and Jasmina said they had never made any allegations against the Tate brothers.

The identities of the alleged sexual abuse victims remain classified, so it’s not known if the couple is definitely on the prosecutor’s list.

But Beatrice told Romania’s Antena Stars: “I don’t understand how we end up being called victims when we haven’t made a statement as if I was a victim.

“I made a positive statement for them. By what right do the Romanian prosecutors accuse me of being a victim? Did I put that in the statement? I have not written anywhere.

“It’s abuse by the prosecution against me.

“The girls were never deprived of their freedom, they always had access to the phone, the door was always open.”

The interview with the couple was shared on Tate’s Twitter page.

Beatrice added: “This case is essentially based on lies. How can I trust the Romanian authorities?’

She claims she was introduced to Tate through “mutual friends” but “ended up like family” and says she never worked for her but has stayed close.

But prosecutors have previously said women who worked for Tate were branded with tattoos showing they “belonged” to him.

Beatrice claimed: “I have this tattoo on my hand that says Tate Girl. Which I did out of respect for them.’

In a separate interview, also shared on Tate’s Twitter page, his attorney Eugen Vidineac also denied there were six victims.

He said people were “portrayed as victims” even though they “never filed any complaints against the group.”

Despite their claims, a judge this week rejected a request for the four to be released from prison, and prosecutors insist women were coerced and exploited by the Tate brothers.

They said the victims were lured by love shams and were later intimidated, monitored and subjected to other control tactics while being forced to appear in pornography intended to earn money for their alleged pursuers.

Meanwhile, police investigating the sex allegations conducted fresh raids across Romania today.

In a series of raids through Bucharest and elsewhere in Romania, police confiscated papers and computer equipment from various properties allegedly linked to the Tate, including the home of Tristan’s girlfriend.

According to media reports in the country, the British consul visited the brothers in the prison where they are being held after their arrest last month.

One of the homes searched was that of Romanian kickboxer and cage fighter Vlad Obu, from whom papers and computers were confiscated and taken away.

Meanwhile, Web is also able to reveal that one of two women named Tate’s Angels arrested at the same time is being released from custody out of compassion.

Former police officer Luana Radu, 32, has been given a three-hour license so she can attend her grandmother’s funeral in Bucharest later on Thursday.

She left the police force eight years ago to focus on working in sex video chat rooms with Georgiana Naghel, 28, and investigators say both played a role in helping other women involved in the business to “force” and “to control”.

Tate, 36, a British-American national with 4.5 million Twitter followers, was arrested in Bucharest on December 29 along with his brother Tristan and two Romanian women. They deny any wrongdoing.

On Tuesday, a court upheld a judge’s December 30 request to extend his detention from 24 hours to 30 days.

In a separate hearing Wednesday at the Bucharest tribunal, Tate lost an appeal challenging assets seized by prosecutors, including real estate and a fleet of luxury cars, said Ramona Bolla, a spokeswoman for Romania’s anti-organized crime agency DIICOT.

The court “ruled that the seizures are legal and (that) the goods remain at our disposal,” she told The Associated Press.

Prosecutors investigating the case have so far seized 15 luxury cars — 11 in December raids and four in the past week — at least seven belonging to the Tate brothers, and more than 10 properties and properties from companies registered with them are.

Bolla said it was not clear whether assets seized since December were included in Wednesday’s appeal.

If prosecutors can prove the Tates made money through human trafficking, Bolla said the assets could be used to help pay for the investigation and compensate victims.

Ahead of Wednesday’s court ruling, Constantin Gliga, one of Tate’s lawyers, told the media that the asset seizures were disproportionate to the charges.

Tate, a former professional kickboxer who has reportedly been based in Romania since 2017, was previously banned from various prominent social media platforms for expressing misogynistic views and hate speech.
