Renata Alves became one of Record’s main characters in the public eye

Renata Alves was successful at the helm of Hoje Em Dia, together with Ticiane Pinheiro, Ana Hickmann and César Filho. With a long career in journalism, the presenter got a lot of space on the Bishop Channel.

But few people remember that before joining Record, the celebrity had already worked for another popular channel and quit her old house at the peak of her work. And it turned out to be the best decision he had made in the past.

Surprisingly, Renata Alves was already at Globo. She worked at TV Sergipe, the group’s Northeast affiliate. The journalist appeared as a reporter on SETV 1st Edition and impressed the news audience with her charisma in front of the cameras.

In 2005, the presenter won the DBD Journalism Award for the report “Terra: Investimentos e Sonhos”. It was then that she decided she wanted more space on television. At Record she began writing articles for Domingo Espetacular.

Success was inevitable. In 2015, the celebrity was invited to join the Hoje Em Dia team, which was undergoing a makeover at the time. She is currently continuing the program and sharing the studio with the other established stars of the station.
