The New Orleans Saints lost 33-28 to the Detroit Lions on Sunday, but that wasn’t necessarily the reason they caught fans’ attention.
In fact, about six minutes before returning to the locker room, ball carrier Alvin Kamara seriously injured a courtside official. Number 41 lost his balance after a tackle and then collided with the person, who writhed in pain after the incident.

On the field, Kamara played well despite his team’s defeat. He also became the player with the most rushing touchdowns (53) in Saints history by reaching the pay zone at the end of the game and reducing the deficit to 33-28.
The team from New Orleans can also blame themselves for this. They had a disastrous start to the game, falling behind 21-0 in the first quarter.
