A few days ago, an accident with tragic consequences occurred at Lima Airport in Peru, in which a LATAM Airbus 320 collided with a fire brigade rescue vehicle. All passengers on the plane were safely evacuated, but 4 serious injuries and 36 minors were still recorded. Two firefighters on board died and a third is in serious condition. And while the causes of the accident are still being investigated, controversy erupts over a photo posted on social media by a survivor.

Survive the plane crash and take a selfie: rain of criticism
A selfie right after escaping the plane crash. “A second chance” is the text chosen by Enrique Varsi-Rospigliosi, who posted a photo taken with his wife minutes after they survived the collision between the plane and the fire engine on duty. What happened
All 120 passengers including crew members were disembarked and secured. However, Ángel Torres and Nicolás Santa Gadea lost their lives: the two were on board the truck that collided with the plane. And that’s why there’s criticism of the man’s chirping on Twitter. In his selfie, Enrique Varsi-Rospigliosi is still doused in the foam used to put out the fire. “You are two idiots” and “clown” again. The network didn’t like it at all: “Are you seriously joking about something that serious?” the users can’t calm down
“An accident killed 2 firefighters and you clowns are taking selfies,” replied one user. but there are also those who called the photo “Selfie of the Year”.
