The moment passengers on a plane witnessed a woman giving birth during final preparations before departure has been immortalized on video. The incredible scene was filmed at Istanbul’s Sabiha Gökçen International Airport on the Pegasus Airlines flight departing for Marseille.
Video
In the video, a group of paramedics can be seen boarding the plane to help a young woman who had gone into labor. After a few minutes, a passenger grabs a few small items of clothing and makes his way to the area where the expectant mother was rescued, while a flight attendant rushes away.
A few moments pass and a nurse crosses the aisle with the newborn, now wrapped in a blue sling, and heads to the front of the plane. The baby, who was born prematurely, was then transported to hospital by ambulance for further treatment.
