How to get rid of the house and ex-husband in one fell swoop? By putting them up for sale together. An incredible real estate proposal comes from Florida in the United States, where 43-year-old real estate agent Crystal Ball is looking to sell a stunning three-bedroom Panama City Beach estate with patio, pool, hot tub and Richard, aka ex-husband. After 7 years, the couple decided to end their relationship, reports the New York Post, staying on excellent terms both to be good parents and to continue the businesses they share.

The newly divorced is trying to sell the house for $699,000, but the future owners could enjoy a very special discount if they “just” choose to welcome their ex into their home. The pictures of the property published by Zillow Gone Wild on Facebook should not be missing either. Richard had himself portrayed in suggestive poses between the rooms of the house. There is the delicate variant with a maxi plush, the shy one leaning against the doorpost or the sexy macho variant where he shows his muscles. But humans are not only photogenic. The announcement assures that he will help with cooking, cleaning and repairs – a true jack of all trades.
Even with the physical details, the man is “advertised” with irony: “Bald, like the eagles that soar in the sky over S. Lagoon, a few steps from the giant path. The extra-large ears absorb every creak and ensure that new equipment is quickly splattered with lube. The big nose catches every smell before you even think about carrying the rubbish out the magnificent front door. The announcement manages to promote the qualities of the possible future roommate and those of the property at the same time. Richard with “superhuman strength – it goes on to say – will save you years of hard work by lifting the hot tub cover”.
“I’m a huge fan of creative marketing and felt this was a fitting way to announce my divorce, name change and new real estate job,” Ball told Newsweek. Meanwhile, the property’s listing has been removed several times because agents say it’s against the rules, but the 43-year-old says it’s common practice in the state to sell houses with tenants. Overall, Ball said the reactions have been positive and fun.
