The younger brother of Luis MiguelSergio Gallego Basteri appeared in public for the first time in 17 years with Mario Octavio Foncerrada “Doc”, the man who has taken care of him since his youth, as told in the Netflix series “Luis Miguel, the series”.
According to the program “Despierta América”, Sergio and Octavio were at Guadalajara – Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla International Airport to catch a flight to Madrid, where they will move after living in Mexico for a while.

Octavio, in turn, took with displeasure the journalist’s questions, who wanted to know something about the relationship between “El Sol de México” and the last child of his parents, Luis Gallego Sánchez (Luisito) and Marcela Basteri. Until the camera finally falls to the ground and the two men enter the waiting area to board the plane.
It is said that Sergio sings better than Luis Miguel and that he recorded a song a few years ago that was quickly removed from all platforms.
It was also known at the time that he studied at the Guadalajara School of Arts and had a son, about whom there is no further information. He then moved to Boston and returned to Europe, where he worked as a chef and in a department store.
