Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson is moving on to bigger and better things after her mother, Mama June Shannon, lost custody of her and her siblings.
The 16-year-old had a fun-filled day in the sun on Santa Monica Beach this week with her sister Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird, 22, and their kids along with Alana’s boyfriend, 20-year-old Dralin Carswell.
Honey Boo Boo and Pumpkin have been spotted several times around the Los Angeles area this week after it was revealed the sisters are reportedly getting their own reality TV show separate from their mother.

Dressed in t-shorts and printed pink shorts, Honey Boo Boo played her 11-month-old nephew Bentley’s doting aunt on the beach.
The former Toddlers and Tiaras breakout star shared a giggle with the redheaded little boy.
Her sister Pumpkin stood nearby, holding one of her newborn twins – son Sylus Ray and daughter Stella Renae, six weeks – while her husband shielded the other from the blazing summer sun.

The couple also share daughter Ella, four, who was spotted dipping her toes in the sea.
As the family left the beach later in the day, Alana was seen gently carrying her little niece, Stella, who appeared to be fast asleep.
Pumpkin, who is just six years older than Honey Boo Boo, was recently awarded sole custody of her younger sister.
As a mother of four and now Alana’s primary caregiver, Lauryn certainly has her fair share of parenting responsibilities. Her sister Jessica Shannon, 25, also lives with her.

Speaking to The Sun recently about her hectic life, she said: “It’s been stressful adjusting to having three babies under the age of one and only five kids in general, but it’s nothing me and Josh can’t handle. It just means life is a bit more hectic but it will be so worth it in the end.”
The publication also reported that Lauryn and Honey Boo Boo could be getting a new reality series soon.
It comes after Mama June allegedly lost custody of daughter Honey Boo Boo last month after a court battle with Lauryn in Georgia.
A source told the announcement of the possible new show: “They are in talks about having their own show and they will meet about it in the next few weeks.”
The source added that the family is currently en route to LA, although it’s unclear if the reunion will take place there.
It comes after Lauryn was awarded permanent custody of the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star last month, according to The Sun, which claimed to have viewed court filings filed in Georgia. The final verdict was made in April.

Testimony from the hearing revealed the former Toddlers And Tiaras cast member has been living with Lauryn and her husband Josh Efird, 25, since 2019.
The Mama June: From Not to Hot star is allowed to visit with Lauryn’s permission and will have to pay $800 a month in child support until Alana turns 18.
June – who recently married boyfriend Justin Stroud, 34, after a few months of dating – lost custody of the teen in 2019 after she and former boyfriend Geno Doak, 49, were arrested on drug-related charges.
Pumpkin received provisional custody in August this year and the teenager has lived with her ever since. Court documents show that both sides agreed to the agreement.
