The crisis created by Washington is now affecting the whole world, including Latin America, says Russia’s foreign ministry

“The crisis has taken on a global geopolitical dimension and is manifesting itself not only in Europe and the US, but also in other regions,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

Sergei Lavrov, Chancellor of Russia

sputnik Western countries have escalated the Ukraine crisis to the point where it has reached “global proportions” and is now affecting all regions of the world, including Latin America, according to a statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

On June 26, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov chaired a Ministerial Council meeting on “Responding to New Challenges and Threats in a Changing International Environment”.

“The Council noted that current international relations are characterized by a high level of conflict, centered on the ‘hybrid’ war of the ‘collective West’ against Russia,” the Russian website said after the meeting Chancellor’s Office published statement.

The Russian Foreign Ministry claims that Western countries have turned Ukraine into a “new terrorist cell”, fueled the “neoNazi regime” in Kiev and used it as a bridgehead in the fight against Russia.

The statement said: “AngloSaxon countries have taken on the role of headquarters and arms, intelligence and target suppliers to Zelenskyy for systematic attacks on civilian targets and peaceful citizens on Russian territory.”

PROCEED TO RECOMMENDATIONS

“Through the efforts of Washington, London and their satellites, the crisis has taken on a global geopolitical dimension, manifesting itself not only in Europe and the US, but in other regions including the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and the Arctic. “

The ministry also noted that the collective West is sacrificing the prospects for universal cooperation in diverse areas in favor of its colonial ambitions.

Harry and Meghan, even the Wall Street Journal blasts them: "I’m a flop". e’s why: the weather

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left the UK two years ago with the aim of saying goodbye to royal life and becoming successful Hollywood actors. However, something went wrong. Rejected by the British tabloids, even the Wall Street Journal, an international newspaper published in New York, dedicates a long article to the Dukes of Sussex and completely dismantles their startup Archewell. According to the American newspaper, the couple would be a real flop.

When Harry and Meghan arrived in Southern California three years ago with the titles of Duke and Duchess in search of a new life, an unfortunate fate awaited them. After the battle unleashed by the British tabloids comes the advance of a famous American newspaper, the Wall Street Journal. According to reliable sources, both Spotify and Netflix don’t think The Dukes of Sussex are productive enough. In fact, it’s no coincidence that Spotify fired her after just twelve episodes of the Archetypes podcast.

The reason? The incompetence. “Harry and Meghan have produced a flop in Hollywood: Themselves,” read the newspaper’s headline, dooming Harry and Meghan to an ignominious fate. Neither Meghan nor Harry have any experience as producers. None of them know how to run a production house. Good ideas, but poor implementation ability: These are the core statements of those who work or have worked at Archewell.

For example, one project was about a show about disinformation. The platform’s managers asked their employers if it would be a film or a series, if they would be appearing, who would present them, what cut they would have, if Meghan would talk about her relationship with the British tabloid and many other questions about The Dukes couldn’t answer. And so even a seemingly valid proposal ended up on the list of ideas left on paper.

Emily Ratajkowski, Kendall Jenner, Tina Kunakey and Eva Longoria lead the glamor at Jacquemus Show

Jacquemus’ show at Paris Fashion Week proved to be a fast-paced affair, with attendees appearing in a range of skimpy and flashy ensembles.

Leading the way was Emily Ratajkowski, who showed off her underbust in a tiny bustier, while Kendall Jenner and Tina Kunakey opted for thigh-length ensembles that showcased their enviably long limbs.

While the high-profile guests were dressed as if they were about to go to a nightclub, the show appeared to be more royally themed, with founder Simon Porte showing visitors his Princess Diana moodboard.

Emily, 32, showed off her enviable figure as she posed for snaps at the Palace of Versailles, making sure to show off her taut abs in a tiny puff-sleeved top.

The supermodel paired the garment with a tiny tulle mini skirt that highlighted her tanned and toned pins and a pair of white platform heels that flattered her figure.

Emily added a pop of color by applying scarlet lipstick, while her glossy auburn locks were worn in loose waves to frame her pretty features.

27-year-old Kendall wasn’t afraid to flaunt her flesh either, sporting a very leggy fit for the show in a white ball gown.

The dramatic model featured an off-the-shoulder neckline and ruffled fabric that flared out in a circle.

To accentuate her enviable figure, the star wore a pair of white heels with a ballerina pump at the front and a stiletto heel at the back.

To complete the look, she wore a dazzling diamond necklace and matching earrings with a blue stone in the centre.

The beauty had her brunette tresses tied in a slicked-back bun and showed off a flawless makeup palette, including a soft blush and light brown lipstick.

Tina, 26, emphasized her model figure in her skimpy ensemble.

The newly single star, who has reportedly split from husband Vincent Cassel, 56, looked sensational in a sheer, front-tied crop top, which she wore over a bustier.

Long, flared trousers layered over a pair of heels, while an oversized blazer was cinched at the waist to add definition to her figure.

The American actress added a pop of color with a mini handbag and styled her glossy raven locks in a messy look to show off her gold earrings.

Also present at the show were David and Victoria Beckham, who arrived by rowboat and looked smitten on board.

Looking effortlessly chic in a long, silky nude dress, Victoria wore striking dark shades as she posed with her husband.

The elegant model featured a ruffled design and thin straps and was worn with a pair of long gray leather peep toe boots and a large black clutch bag.

She wore her long dark tresses in loose waves over her shoulders and opted for a bright makeup look.

Beside her, David looked as dapper as ever in a beige linen jacket and matching pants.

Gigi Hadid was among the famous models who stormed the outdoor catwalk with a stunning view of the castle behind them

And Victoria seemed to have schooled her husband David well, as he was quick to avoid taking photos of Gigi in lingerie.

Former soccer player David caught the passing models but quickly pointed his phone to the ground as the blonde supermodel strolled past.

The 28-year-old dog sizzled in sheer lace lingerie with knee socks, leaving little to her imagination.

The sheer mini dress was worn over a bra and panties and she pulled her blonde hair back into a bun.

She confidently strutted in high white heels and completed the look with a pair of gold earrings.

Gigi previously starred on Posh’s PFW show last year alongside her beautiful sister Bella, 26.

Previously, David was seen glaring at Gigi’s older sister with a cheeky look like he was completely in awe.

During a 2018 soccer game in Paris, after a warm greeting while Bella’s eyes were on the game, David seemed to wonder over at the beauty.

Months later, they met again at a Dior Homme show in Tokyo, where they sat stiffly next to each other.

When David was playing for LA Galaxy, he was spotted spending much of his free time at the Staples Center and reportedly eyeing the cheerleaders at LA Lakers basketball games.

And despite her apparent disinterest in the game, Victoria didn’t seem to take any chances and decided to join her boyfriend at a game in 2008 to keep her eyes off the scantily clad women.

She couldn’t hide her annoyance at the poorly dressed ladies in line, who seemed eager to stand in front of her husband and perform the dance routine for him.

And although she kept David in check on several occasions, she couldn’t help but catch a glimpse of the toned cheerleaders.

David even tried closing his eyes a couple of times to block out the sexy ladies dancing just feet from where he was seated.

Luckily for Victoria, David only had eyes for her and even gave his wife a few reassuring pats on the shoulder.

the renowned director JamesCameronknown for the resounding success of “titanic‘, wasn’t content to bring the story of the famous ship to life through an epic feature film alone. Six years after the release of the feature film that took the world by storm, Cameron produced and directed a documentary entitled “spirits of the abyss‘, which became one of the most watched titles in the world Netflix.

In the 2003 documentary, Cameron joins the actor Bill Paxtonwho “played explorer Brock Lovett” in the filmtitanic‘ to explore the actual wreck of the ship lying on the seabed. The official synopsis of the documentary about Netflix describes it as a full immersion in the wreckage of Titanic, taking Cameron and his team of scientists, filmmakers and historians on an unprecedented journey through the history and details of the sinking.

The aim of the project is to offer the public an unprecedented virtual experience and to reveal neverbeforeexplored aspects of the tragic episode. Aside from that, ‘spirits of the abyss‘ addresses how the social and cultural impact of the Titanic continues to this day.

To reach the wreck, Cameron and Paxton used a Russian research vessel and two submersibles, which guided them to the wreck site. The expedition took place between August and September 2001 and the documentary took about two years to complete, including filming and editing.

In addition to real images of the wreck, the feature uses CGI resources to recreate portions of the ship and its original structure, allowing the public to imagine what the ship looked like before the fateful accident that claimed about 1,500 lives on April 15, 1912.

In an interview with the American network CBS, JamesCameron expressed his deep connection to Titanic’s history after diving in the rubble several times:

“I feel very connected to the story [do Titanic], after diving 33 times on the wreck. The more you study, the more the Titanic story fascinates you. I always say how fragile it is. You think you understand until you get closer and realize the story is much more complex.”

Karine Lavigne Fortin reflects on her difficult return to reality after

Karine Lavigne-Fortin reflects on her difficult return to reality after her Survivor Quebec adventure – Showbizz.net

Obviously, returning to reality on a daily basis is difficult for Survivor Quebec players.

After Jean-Junior, who lived through quite touching episodes, Karine and Nicolas tell us how they experienced the return to normal life.

“It’s a pretty difficult part, I won’t hide that,” Karine told us in an interview.

“When I came out, I had a week where I wanted to achieve everything. I had a lot of projects and a week later I had a serious accident, so a short break from work. Basically it’s the feeling of nostalgia, the feeling of wanting to go back there. When I watch the broadcasts again and I see myself lying on the ground next to the fire, I want to go back there, it’s really strange, it touches us mentally. I think it will fade over time. I’m trying to find new projects here, at home, over the next week, next few months, so I’m looking forward to that. »

Survivor Quebec big winner Nicolas wasn’t spared from this spleen either. “Social reintegration is more difficult,” he says. “We’re in a game of constantly questioning whether your relationship with others is genuine and honest. There’s betrayal, moments you keep thinking about, and when you come back, it’s hard to go back to your normal life. How many times have I gotten into a spiral of brooding and thinking about the game and such and such that was said to such a person at such a time. It’s crazy, it lives in you. Now that the show is over it should help, but it was still hard making that return. »

Thankfully, players can now see each other (which wasn’t possible before), and this weekend the whole gang gathered at Karine’s chalet to celebrate the start of summer. Photos can be found here.

Sharing experiences together can help them move forward.

We wish everyone a relaxing summer!

SQ spokesman Claude Doiron accused of sexual assault –

SQ spokesman Claude Doiron accused of sexual assault –

Sergeant Claude Doiron, spokesman for the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) in eastern Quebec for several years, has been charged with sexual assault and sexual contact with a minor for alleged acts committed there. He is 35 years old.

The 60-year-old police officer made a brief appearance at the Percé courthouse on Monday morning. He was present via video conference and did not comment. His lawyer, Jean-François Boucher, stated that part of the evidence had been disclosed to him by the public prosecutor.

He faces three charges: sexual assault, sexual contact with a person under the age of 14 and inciting sexual contact, according to the arrest warrant seen by Le Journal. There is only one alleged victim.

The document shows that the events took place over a period of five months in 1988, when the accused was 25 years old. He was not employed by the SQ at the time.

The sergeant, who has over thirty years of police experience, was arrested by Police Standard Duty on June 15, then received by investigators and released. He has now been relieved of his duties for about half his salary.

As information officer, Claude Doiron was the face of the SQ in the Bas-Saint-Laurent, Gaspésie and Îles de la Madeleine district for 11 years.

He was asked to speak out in the media about police events on a daily basis, making him a well-known figure in the communities in his area and sometimes beyond. He was notably in action during the ram truck attack in Amqui last March.

This news comes as the former speaker, originally from Gaspésie, was due to retire this week.

“Such a situation is never comfortable for an organization. However, it is important to also consider that there is a victim in these events. It is also important to take care of the victims. We will let the court case, which will decide what happens next, continue,” responded Lieutenant Ann Mathieu, coordinator of SQ’s broadcasting and media relations department.

The case will be returned to court for deliberation on September 29.

More details to come.

Foro Asturias discredits the councilor for Vox Celebrations in Gijón, who has announced that she will not hire artists using Asturian

The deputy and general secretary of the Foro Asturias, Adrián Pumares, assured this Monday that the announcement made last Saturday by the councilor for celebrations of the City Council of Gijón – Sara Álvarez Rouco of Vox – to veto artists who use Asturian as a language , ” “A wild suggestion, not in accordance with the law”, and he was convinced that it will not be implemented. “Foro remains where it has always been, in its commitment to Asturian culture and language,” said Pumares, after stressing that Carmen Moriyón, who, with the support of the two Vox mayors, will become mayor of Gijón ( by Foro) demonstrated this in his two previous terms of office, between 211 and 2019.

“Those of us who are public officials, those of us who hold different institutional and governmental positions, before making any statements, we must comply with the law,” the secretary-general of the Foro Asturias told journalists in the corridors of the Asturian Parliament was constituted this Monday and the legislative period has begun. The mayor’s advisory team later delivered a brief statement: “We want to send a sign of calm and guarantee strict compliance with the law, which does not provide for discrimination based on the form of expression.” Asturian is not an official language, although an autonomous law prohibits its use, guarantees its protection and promotion.

The controversy arose when the new Festejos councilwoman, Sara Álvarez Rouco, announced in a radio interview on Onda Cero last weekend that one of her main goals would be to eliminate “any left-wing ideological bias in festive events” in Gijón. the most populous city in Asturias (270,000 inhabitants). As an example, the mayor of Vox explained that from now on, shows will no longer be programmed in Gijón by artists who use the Asturian language in their performances. Álvarez also announced that the Asturian place name Xixón would no longer be used in his department. “We have a very rich Spanish language. And if it’s Gijón, then it’s Gijón,” he said. Article 15 of Law 1/1998 on the Use and Promotion of the Asturian Language establishes: “The place names of the Autonomous Community of the Principality of Asturias bear the official name in its traditional form.” When a place name in its traditional form and in Spanish is widely used , the name can be bilingual.

Álvarez Rouco’s ads drew criticism on social media. In a message written in Asturian, the Asturian artist Rodrigo Cuevas argued that “we must always use Asturian”. “You’ll drink a cup and a half,” he added. Even whistler master Xuacu Amieva does not understand an announcement that initially, as he puts it, seemed “like a joke”. “I have dedicated my whole life to recovering a part of the Asturian culture, such as the Lingua, one of the Pegoyos [pilares] every culture,” he said.

Also the president of the principality, the socialist Adrián Barbón has expressed his outrage: “You are involution. And a threat to coexistence. What are left ideological prejudices at festive events? And the threat to artists using Asturian is unacceptable. Out of shame. Fortunately, the PP in Asturias listened to us and excluded them from the General Assembly Board,” he explained.

Adrián Pumares himself, who had already expressed his uneasiness about the agreement reached in Gijón between his party and Vox, was harassed by the Ultra party for his defense of the Asturian language: in 2021, Vox even went so far as to put up billboards with his Placing the MP’s face on several streets in Asturias, with a red X in front of Pumares’ mouth and the motto: “The progressives want to impose a language on a million Asturians that is not theirs.”

What affects most is what happens closer. Subscribe so you don’t miss anything.

Added to this refusal is the Minister of Culture, Berta Piñán, who in statements to EL PAÍS reiterates: “I think before anyone vetoes the free use of the Asturian language, they should refer to Law 1/1998 on Use and Promotion remember.” The Asturian language expressly guarantees “the free use and non-discrimination of citizens for this reason”.

Regarding the Vox City Council’s announcement that the place name Xixón will disappear, the City Council concludes: “We do not know what Ms. Álvarez Rouco intends to do in the case of cities whose official name has a unique formula and is approved in Asturian is.” in the case of Llinares, Les Lloses, Carceo, Les Mestes, Viesques, Xove del Medio, The only formula that conforms to the law is the Asturian one. Unfortunately, it is not surprising that Vox behaves this way and advocates a step backwards in the rights of Asturian citizens.

Socialist Juan Cofiño, new President of the Asturian Parliament

On the other hand, the socialist Juan Manuel Cofiño, vice-president of the Asturian government until last Friday, was elected the new President of the General Council of the Principality this Monday by an absolute majority (23 of the 45 seats) in the plenary session constituting the Autonomous Chamber. Cofiño won 19 votes from the Socialist Group and three from the Izquierda Unida, as well as that of the only MP from Foro Asturias, while Podemos MP Covadonga Tomé opted for one abstention.

The deputies from PP and Vox voted empty. The PSOE also holds the first vice-presidency of the chamber; The PP will hold the second vice-presidential post and a secretariat, the IU the other secretariat after the Socialists transfer the post to her.

Nigeria: A Muslim accused of “blasphemy” was lynched by a mob

A mob lynched a Muslim man in a town in northern Nigeria on Sunday, accusing him of blaspheming the Prophet Mohammed, local police and several residents said.

Usman Buda, a butcher who works in Sokoto city’s slaughterhouses, “was lynched and attacked by Muslim believers, who seriously injured him,” local police spokesman Ahmad Rufa’i said Sunday night.

The attackers fled when police arrived at the scene and Mr Buda was taken to hospital where his death was later confirmed, Mr Rufa’i added.

Under Islamic law, Sharia, which coexists with common law in a dozen states in northern Nigeria where the majority of the population is Muslim, blasphemy carries the death penalty.

The death penalty has rarely been used in recent years. In several cases, however, the accused were killed by mobs without a trial having taken place.

Mr Buda, a Salafist Muslim, was stoned and beaten to death by his colleagues after an argument, fellow butcher Isa Danhili told AFP.

“It all started when young beggars came to ask for alms in the name of Allah and the Prophet,” he told AFP.

When Mr Buda disapproved of child begging, a heated argument ensued, he added. The butcher became emotional and made “statements” that his colleagues perceived as insulting the Prophet and “charged at him with stones and sticks,” Mr Danhili said.

Video of the attack, which has been widely circulated on social media, shows a man in a blood-stained sleeveless shirt staggering and falling as a crowd throws stones at him.

A voice can be heard in the background shouting “Kill him!” in Hausa, the most commonly spoken language in northern Nigeria.

Sunday’s lynching came a year after a Christian woman was stoned to death in Sokoto over similar allegations.

In May 2022, a Christian student at Shehu Shagari College in Sokoto was stoned to death and her body burned by a group of students after she posted a message on social media that they saw as an insult to the Prophet.
