With just a few hours to go, here’s everything you need to know about the Married At First Sight Season 10 premiere — including the breakout stars and bitter feuds
Who are this year’s breakout stars?
Melinda Willis, Bronte Schofield and Janelle Han are three names that fans won’t soon forget.
The controversial trio, who all love cosmetic procedures and aren’t afraid of confrontation, are sure to cause plenty of drama.
As for grooms, handsome builder Harrison Boon, marketing guru Dan Hunjas, announcer Ollie Skelton and CEO Layton Mills are the season’s standouts.
Famous friends and exes
To no one’s surprise, many of the new star-starved cast members are linked to famous reality stars.
Most notably, Melinda was in a relationship with former Bachelorette hunk Darvid Garayeli.
It is understood the couple dated for several months before going their separate ways.
Melinda is also close friends with MAFS alumni KC Osborne and Jason Engler, and follows both of them on Instagram.

According to a friend, Jesse and Sharon “really liked each other and things were going in a really good direction, but they were at different points in life.”
Explosive fights and feuds
Chron Australia can reveal that there will be plenty of explosive fights and rivalries this year.
Fashion and beauty CEO Melinda is a force to be reckoned with, clashing with several of her co-stars throughout the season.
Melinda is at the center of multiple dinner party showdowns with multiple co-stars including rival Harrison Boon.

Melinda also has a falling out with groomsmen Dan Hunjas and Adam Seed.
“Melinda will go down in history as one of the most outspoken brides to ever appear on the show,” revealed a source on set.
The reason for their feuds is unknown, but the battle lines were drawn tight, with half the cast siding with Melinda and the other half siding with Harrison.
Chron Australia understands their beef is ongoing.

There are also rumors of this year’s cast causing an unprecedented level of mayhem, with some contestants even being asked to leave the experiment.
In the new season of MAFS, the experts will address a range of topics including racism, gaslighting and narcissistic behavior.
According to Onset sources, one groom has already been called WORSE than last season’s villain Bryce Ruthven, while another bride and groom have accused each other of gaslighting each other and playing mind games.

Controversial Partner Swap Challenge
While previous years have been controversial, the 2023 season offers a ‘twisted’ challenge from the pundits – encouraging the cast to switch partners.
As previously reported by Chron Australia, a source said: “They’ve really upped the ante this year. They got different couples swapping partners for three days and it was hell for everyone involved.’

“I don’t know if it was because there were too many couples at the end and they just wanted to test who’s real or not, or they just wanted to shake things up.
“Some participants refused to do this. They didn’t see the point and said, “There’s no way that would happen in the outside world.”
The insider claimed relationship experts John Aiken, Alessandra and Mel Schilling gave the go-ahead for the partner swap task.

The contestants had to live with another partner at Skye Suites, the Sydney apartment building where MAFS is filmed, for three days to test their chemistry “while doing their best to avoid temptation,” the source added.
Another source has since claimed that the controversial task was introduced to give partners honest feedback about their relationships.
The series is also rocked by a C-bomb scandal after a groom called his bride Tayla Winter “a nightmare.”

The relationship between Tayla and her groom will be the focus of drama throughout the series.
