Strictly Come Dancing returned to screens for its Halloween special on Saturday as the sparkling 11 remaining celebrities took to the dance floor with their pro partners in the sixth week of this series.
First to dance a western-style quickstep was Tony Adams and his partner Katya Jones – which turned out to be by far their best performance yet with 31 points after finishing last week at the bottom of the rankings.
The judges were impressed with his performance and Shirley said: “Who would have thought you would put on that kind of performance. The footwork was gorgeous, you shocked me!’

Motsi said: “What a surprise and what a hard work, wow!”. The pair received a total of 31.

Craig added, “I loved the hop action and the body rolls, I loved the stylization. I think you did a great job, the choreography was fantastic!”, while Shirley and Motsi were equally impressed by the “entertaining” dance.
They scored an impressive 32, with all eights from the four judges.
Next up was Kym Marsh and her partner Graziano Di Prima, with the pair performing a rumba.
It comes after week five wildlife presenter Hamza Yassin and broadcaster Helen Skelton shared first place in the rankings with their standout routines to celebrate the BBC’s centenary.
Stars: The 20th series of Strictly will once again be hosted by Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, with Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke returning as judges

But it was the end of the road for comedian Jayde Adams, who was eliminated as the fourth star after competing in the dance-off with Molly Rainford.
After both pairs performed again, the judges voted to save Molly and her professional partner Carlos Gu, meaning Jayde and Karen were sent home.
After last week’s public voting, the pressure to make the right moves is really on as the phone lines reopen after the show for fans to vote for their favorite routines.
