The UFC fighter, 34, flaunted his bulky biceps and inked skin while going shirtless in the Instagram video.

He pulled on a pair of black sweatpants but no shoes or socks as he tensed and yelled at the camera.

The Irishman, who last faced Dustin Poirier in July last year, has been on the sidelines ever since, working his way back from a broken leg.
