Brady thanked his wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, and his children, saying they were his “inspiration” and “greatest achievement.”

Curiously, Brady’s farewell statement made no mention of the New England Patriots, the club he led to six Super Bowl titles in 20 seasons before leaving for Tampa in March 2020.

However, Patriots owner Robert Kraft issued his own statement, saying it was a “privilege” to watch, and Brady responded on Twitter Tuesday afternoon: “Thank you, patriotic nation. I am extremely grateful. I love you all.’

Brady signed a one-year, $ 25 million contract extension after directing the Bucs to victory in last year’s Super Bowl. The deal included a $ 20 million signing bonus, $ 15 million of which would be paid to him on Friday. So when he retires, Brady will probably save the Bucs $ 15 million, although they may choose to pay his full signing bonus.

Since being selected by the New England Patriots in the sixth round of the NFL 2000 draft, Brady has earned more than $ 292 million in salary for 22 seasons, according to Spotrac. And that doesn’t include the profits from his fitness brand or his numerous approval deals with companies like Subway and Under Armor, let alone his recent foray into indispensable tokens.

Brady and Bucks’ season ended in the division round of the NFL playoffs in January, when they were defeated in Tampa by a goal in the last second by the Los Angeles Rams. The current backup of the team is the infamous 32-year-old Blaine Gabert, so the Bucs are expected to add more potential replacements, either through a free agency or in the NFL draft.

Ivanka Trump is negotiating with the commission on January 6th

Ivanka Trump is negotiating with the commission on January 6th

Ivanka Trump is in discussions with the House of Representatives committee investigating the January 6 uprising to speak to them, her office confirmed to DailyMail.com.

“Ivanka Trump is discussing with the commission to volunteer for an interview,” said a spokeswoman for Ivanka Trump.

The panel asked Ivanka Trump to volunteer last month to talk to them about what she saw that day. Trump, daughter of the former president Donald Trumphe was with his father at a rally, where he addressed his supporters before marching Capitol and then he was in the White House that day when events unfolded.

She has not yet agreed on a date on which she can speak to the committee and the committee has not threatened an impending summons, New York Times reported, citing sources from the commission.

Ivanka Trump serves as an adviser to her father Donald Trump during his the White House mandate. She, her husband Jared Kushner and their three children moved to Miami after the end of the Trump administration. She stayed out of politics, choosing not to challenge Republican Senator Marco Rubio and rarely posting on her social media accounts.

Former President Donald Trump has not asked his daughter to oppose the commission’s demands, as he did with his other top aides.

Ivanka Trump is unlikely to take steps that her father does not approve of, as the two are extremely close.

The former president has commissioned other aides, including Mark Meadows, the White House chief of staff; Dan Scavino Jr., Deputy Chief of Staff; and Stephen K. Bannon, counselor – not to mention investigators.

Meadows and Bannon are found in disrespect to the House. The Justice Department is investigating Bannon and has not yet decided whether to do the same for Meadows.

Donald Trump blew up the panel after asking to speak to Ivanka. The panel also asked to hear Eric Trump, the son of the former president who ran the business empire, and Kimberly Guilfoil, an adviser on Trump’s presidential campaign and the finances of his eldest son, Don Jr.

“This is a very unfair situation for my children,” the former president told the Washington Examiner in January.

In January letter to Ivankathe House committee said it was seeking a voluntary interview on what it saw on Jan. 6, including Donald Trump’s actions that day and his state of mind as his supporters stormed the Capitol.

The 11-page letter offers new details for the committee that learned what happened in the White House on the day of the uprising.

Ivanka is the last member of the Trump family to be targeted by the group. The commission also searched diaries with phone calls and text messages between the son of former President Eric Trump and Kimberly Gilfoil, the girlfriend of Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr.

She was in the Oval Office on Jan. 6, where she reportedly encouraged him to ask his supporters to step down during their attack on the Capitol, where they tried to stop the college’s official certification of Joe Biden’s presidential victory.

IN his letterthe U.S. House of Representatives Election Commission to Investigate the January 6 Attack on the United States Capitol Cites Ivanka’s presence in the Oval Office on the morning of Jan. 6 when then-President Trump called Vice President Mike Pence to pressure him. to try to hold on until the certification of the 2020 elections.

“The Electoral Committee wants to discuss the part of the conversation you watched between President Trump and Vice President Mike Pence on the morning of January 6.”

The commission noted that General Keith Kellogg, a retired general who serves as Pence’s national security adviser and was also in the Oval that day, told them after Trump’s call to Pence: “[Ivanka Trump] He turned to me and said, “Mike Pence is a good man.”

“Similarly, the elected committee would like to discuss any other conversations you may have witnessed or participated in about the president’s plan to obstruct or impede the counting of votes.”

The panel also noted: “The Commission has information that suggests that President Trump’s adviser in the White House may have concluded that the actions that President Trump ordered Vice President Pence to take would violate the Constitution or otherwise way illegal. “

– Did you discuss these issues with any of the members of the White House office?

They said they also wanted to talk to her about Donald Trump’s response to the uprising. They referred to a tweet sent by Donald Trump at 2:24 the same day, where he said that Pence “does not have the courage” to do what needs to be done.

“We are particularly interested in the discussions in the White House with the president before and after his tweet at 2:24 p.m. Evidence from the elected committee shows that White House staff members have repeatedly asked for your help to intervene in an attempt to persuade President Trump to deal with the continuing lawlessness and violence on Capitol Hill, the commission wrote to Ivanka.

“Evidence from the elected committee shows that White House staff members have repeatedly asked for your help to intervene in an attempt to persuade President Trump to deal with the continuing lawlessness and violence on Capitol Hill.”

And they noted that White House officials “acknowledged that this may be” the only person who can get Donald Trump to act.

Representative Benny Thompson (center), chairman of the January 6th election commission, said the group wanted to hear from Ivanka Trump.

The panel also noted that Kellogg had told them that he had “very strongly” advised Trump not to make a live televised statement that day, “because press conferences are getting out of hand and you want to control the message.”

“Obviously, some White House officials believed that a direct press appearance by the president in the press in the midst of Capitol Hill violence could worsen the situation,” the panel said.

Eventually, President Trump made a video statement from the Rose Garden, which was published online. He reportedly had to make several takes to get one staff member released.

“The selection committee understands that many photos of the video were taken but not used. The information available to Select suggests that the president failed in the original videos to ask the rebels to leave the Capitol. The special commission looked for copies of these unused videos from the National Archives, “the panel noted.

“You have information that is directly related to the actions or inactions of the president on January 6 and his state of mind during the violent attack in the Capitol. The special commission will evaluate your voluntary cooperation with the investigation on these issues “, the commission wrote to Ivanka.

The commission also revealed its investigation into whether or not President Trump ordered the National Guard to respond.

“The committee has not identified any evidence that President Trump issued an order or took any other action to deploy security that day. Nor does it appear that President Trump has ever called the Department of Justice or any other law enforcement agency to request the deployment of their staff in the Capitol, the panel wrote, saying it wanted to discuss the matter with it.

Finally, the group said it wanted to talk to Ivanka about efforts by White House officials and others – including Fox News presenter Sean Hannity – to stop President Trump from making statements, claiming the election had been “stolen” by him.

They cite an exchange of text messages between Haniti and then-press secretary Kaylee McEnnany, who has already testified before the commission, where Haniti wrote to her: “The key now. No more crazy people.

“Yes, 100%,” Makenani wrote.

“The elected commission would like to discuss this effort after January 6 to persuade President Trump not to associate with certain people and to avoid further discussions on allegations of electoral fraud,” the panel wrote to Ivanka.

John Stewart breaks Trump / Fox’s support for Putin and calls him “fucking crazy”

Comedian and political expert John Stewart is laid in Donald Trumpaccusing the 45th president of joining Vladimir Putin praising the Russian leader for his “genius” invasion of Ukraine.

The former host of the Daily Show also struck Fox News claiming it agrees with Putin’s internationally condemned decision to launch a full-scale takeover of its Eastern European neighbor.

“The Trump / Fox axis is not soft on Putin’s actions … they agree with them,” Stewart wrote on Twitter on Wednesday. “They are political allies. They believe in the same things. To them, the American left and much of Europe are the Empire of Evil.

That’s the hell.

It is uncertain what aspect of Fox’s coverage of Stewart was, although network host Tucker Carlson on Tuesday condemned President Joe Biden’s attempts to make Putin a “boogieman.”

European neighbor. “The Trump / Fox axis is not soft on Putin’s actions … they agree with them,” Stewart wrote on Twitter on Wednesday. They are political allies.

After weeks of speculation, more than 10,000 Russian troops entered separatist-occupied areas of Ukraine on Monday night, sending 6,000 to Donetsk, 5,000 to Luhansk and 1,500 to Khorlovka.

Observers have rightly speculated that Putin will launch the invasion by declaring regional independence and under the guise of “peacekeeping efforts.”

Trump praised Putin in an interview with conservative podcast Buck Sexton on Tuesday.

“I came in yesterday and there was a TV screen and I said, ‘That’s brilliant,'” Trump recalls. “Putin declares a large part of Ukraine – from Ukraine – Putin declares it independent. Oh, that’s wonderful.

“I said, ‘How smart is that?'” The former US president continued. “And he will come in and be a peacemaker.” This is the strongest peaceful force … We can use this on our southern border. This is the strongest peacekeeping force I have ever seen. There were more army tanks than I saw. They will keep the peace well.

On Tuesday, Trump hailed Russian President Vladimir Putin as a “genius” for his approach to invading Ukraine.

Trump also said Putin would never have invaded Ukraine if he were still president of the United States.

White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki responded to Trump’s comments by telling reporters: “As a matter of policy, we try not to take advice from anyone who praises President Putin and his military strategy, which I think happened there.

“Earlier in the day, he issued a statement saying the takeover attempt would never have taken place if he were still president.

Fox Carlson, meanwhile, is harassing the Biden administration and the mainstream media for portraying Putin in an unfavorable light.

Speaking over Chiron, who said “Anything less than hating Putin is a betrayal”, Carlson condemned Putin’s attempts to become a “godfather”, wondering out loud what he had done to the United States, although he mentioned Putin and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky as “tyrants” just a day earlier.

“Since the day Donald Trump became president, Democrats in Washington have told you that you have a patriotic duty to hate Vladimir Putin,” Carlson said in his top-rated cable show, Tucker Carlson Tonight, on Tuesday. “This is not a proposal, but a mandate. Anything less than hatred of Putin is treason.

Tucker Carlson criticizes Joe Biden and members of both parties for trying to fuel anti-Putin sentiment on his show Tuesday night

“Many Americans have complied with this directive,” he continued. “Now they obediently hate Vladimir Putin. Maybe you’re one of them. Putin’s hatred has become a major goal of America’s foreign policy. This is the main thing we are talking about. Entire cable channels are already dedicated to this.

Carlson showed disregard for the possibility of the United States going to war over these anti-Putin sentiments.

“Before that happens, it might be worth asking ourselves – since it’s getting quite serious – what is it really about?”

The presenter then published a long list of potential American problems and complaints for which Putin is not responsible.

“Why do I hate Putin so much? Has Putin ever called me a racist? Did he threaten to fire me because I disagreed with him? Did he send every middle-class job to my city in Russia? Did he create a global pandemic that shattered my business and kept me indoors for two years? Does he teach my children to accept racial discrimination? Does fentanyl do? Is he trying to destroy Christianity? Does he eat dogs? These are fair questions and everyone’s answer is no. Vladimir Putin did none of this.

This is not the first time Stewart has publicly complained to Carlson.

He appeared as Carlson’s guest at Crossfire, where he mocked the bow tie and condemned his “guerrilla hacker.”

“You do theater when you have to debate,” Stewart said. “What you are doing is not fair. What you are doing is guerrilla hacking.

Crossfire was canceled three months after Stewart’s scandalous appearance.

Is this a crossbow in your pants or …? A confusing moment, a shoplifter using a crutch to walk, shoves a $ 1,300 weapon into his suit and limps

  • Darren Durant, 46, has been called “the dumbest criminal in the world” by the Brevard County Sheriff after a Florida man shoved a crossbow into his pants
  • He was seen on CCTV footage stealing a crossbow for $ 1,300 on February 6 at True Value in Mims
  • He was arrested two days later and taken to Seminol County Jail, where he is currently in custody on eight “unrelated burglary charges”.
  • He will then face charges of petty theft in Brevard County, and Durant already has two other previous convictions for theft.

What are you bowing to?

Darren Durant, 46, of Floridawas named “the dumbest criminal in the world” by Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey after he shot a crossbow in his tracksuits and left the True Value store on February 6 without paying.

Durant, who used a crutch to walk, was seen watching footage of him steal a pair of cutting tools before moving to the crossbow section, and cut off the ties with a Ravin R10 crossbow zipper, which costs about $ 1,300.

Footage released by police shows the 46-year-old walking down the aisle, leaving his only crutch. He glanced over his shoulder before moving all in, tucked half his weapon into his pants, and pulled his jacket tight around the rest.

After the unusual feat, he is seen walking normally back to the crutch, then limping away, with a bow protruding strongly from the front of his pants down to his left knee.

“Just when you think you’ve seen it all, this guy takes carrying a concealed weapon to a whole new level,” Ivy wrote on Facebook. “He proves to all of us that you can actually shove a crossbow in front of your pants !!”

Believe it or not, the man managed to get out the door, despite the poor hiding. He was caught two days later in a parking lot by nearby Walgreens, police said, and fled on foot.

The sheriff wrote, “Believe it or not, Durant actually ran away on foot when he spotted Deputy Lindo, although, as you can imagine, after seeing the video, he didn’t get very far!”

He was arrested on February 15 after the Brevard County Sheriff charged him with petty theft.

Durant is currently in custody at Seminoule County Jail on eight “unrelated burglary charges”, but will later face “Brevard County charges” of crossbow theft.

The sheriff’s office also said Durrent had two previous convictions for theft. And according to Seminol County Jail records, Durant is already in debt and has a $ 8,000 bond.

“You just can’t think of these things !!” the sheriff wrote on Facebook.

Durant will appear in court at 1:30 p.m. on April 12 on charges of burglary. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.

Late last year, a Canadian stole a Gibson 60th Anniversary ’59 Les Paul Standard electric guitar – which retails for about $ 8,000 – from the Cosmo Music store in Richmond Hill, Toronto, while also shoving the instrument into his pants.

Pressing his neck down first, he can be seen in the video putting the guitar neck in his pants and the body of the instrument under his black coat before calmly picking up a nearby acoustic guitar to play. He then ran away from the store with another man.

“I don’t know if this is happening now, but it is a remarkable coincidence that the explosions came just minutes after Putin delivered his speech,” Chance said.

“It simply came to our notice then. It was absolutely quiet. This is the first time. It must be more than a coincidence.

Chance, who has been to the Ukrainian capital many times in recent years, said he had “never heard anything like it.”

He suggested that the explosions were heard in the Ukrainian capital, but still some distance from the center.

“It was so quiet in Ukraine tonight before these explosions,” Chance said.

The blasts came minutes after Putin said Russia would conduct a military operation in eastern Ukraine.

Chance told CNN that it is not clear what the goal is, but since it is the Ukrainian capital, the city would be an obvious goal.

About 300 miles to the east, in Kharkov, northeastern Ukraine, a steady stream of explosions was heard where another CNN reporter, Clarissa Ward, CNN’s chief international correspondent, was.

In a televised address early Thursday morning, Putin said the action was in response to threats coming from Ukraine.

He added that Russia had no intention of occupying Ukraine, but said that the Ukrainian “regime” was responsible for the bloodshed.

Putin also warned other countries that any attempt to interfere in Russia’s actions would lead to “consequences they have never seen.”

He accused the United States and its allies of ignoring Russia’s request to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO and offering Moscow security guarantees.

He said the Russian military operation was aimed at “demilitarizing” Ukraine, adding that all Ukrainian servicemen who lay down their weapons would be able to leave the war zone safely.

The announcement came shortly after airspace over the whole of Ukraine was closed to civil air traffic and at the same time as an extraordinary meeting of the UN Security Council.

On Wednesday night, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made an emotional televised address in Russian following the approval of a 30-day state of emergency that gave the government broad powers in the interests of national security.

“The people of Ukraine and the government of Ukraine want peace. But if we are attacked that threatens our freedom and the lives of our people, we will fight, “he said, rejecting Moscow’s claim that Ukraine was a threat to Russia.

A 28-year-old woman with severe disabilities was found lying unconscious in the back seat of a car last week in a tractor, nine days after her mother abandoned her in a gas station vehicle.

The woman with disabilities has not been identified, nor has her mother, but police are still investigating. It is not clear how she survived so long and whether she had access to food or water to sustain her.

On February 14, she was found lying under blankets and other “debris” in the back seat of her 45-year-old mother’s 2004 Cadillac.

The vehicle was towed to Skyway Towing and Recovery, a detention and towing location in Burien, Washington Statefrom a nearby gas station.

It is not yet clear when it was towed there, but police believe the woman has been alone in the vehicle since Feb. 5, when her mother abandoned him at the gas station.

On February 14, the day the woman was found in the car, Kent police received a call from her sister announcing her disappearance.

The nurse said she had not heard from her earlier in the month and was worried.

The cops then followed the mother’s car to the towing yard and contacted the manager.

Then they knocked on the window and found her inside.

“Whoever called us and said, ‘Please search the car,’ they saved her life.”

“They saved her life,” said tow manager Bonafasio Pause WLOX.

He added that no one noticed her when the car was towed because it was “covered with clothes”.

He praised the woman’s worried sister, saying she had saved her life.

“The only person who was great here was the girl’s sister. She has all the work to do. She is a hero. This lady is alive now because of her.

A Kent police spokesman told DailyMail.com on Wednesday that the case was still under investigation and that no one had been charged.

“The woman with disabilities is 28 years old and was taken to hospital in serious condition.

“This case is still under investigation and when we receive details that we can provide, we will update our information,” they said.

The disabled woman was taken to hospital in a serious condition on Valentine’s Day.

It is unclear whether she is still there or released.
