She took to the social network to comment on the matter after Rafael Cardoso confirmed the end of the marriage in an interview with Gshow tonight.
“When the information was released, out of respect for the people who accompany me, I confirm that Rafael Cardoso and I are no longer a couple after 15 years,” he wrote.
According to Gshow, the actor admitted to being “single” while enjoying the Village Betano Festival, held today at the Jockey Club Brasileiro in Rio de Janeiro.
Mariana said that at this time she does not want to speak on the subject because it is an intimate matter, but she decided to speak out on social networks.
“I don’t think it’s easy for anyone to end a relationship. So I ask for everyone’s respect, affection and understanding to preserve this delicate moment for me and my children.”
Rafael and Mariana are the parents of Aurora, 7, and Valentim, 4.
The actress is the daughter of journalist Sônia Bridi. Rafael Cardoso has previously spoken publicly about his good relationship with his motherinlaw and praised the reporter’s support when he needed treatment for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in 2021.
