PE Nation co-founder Claire Tregoning has sold her luxury home on Sydney’s north shore for an undisclosed sum.

The lavish five bedroom, three bathroom pad in Avalon Beach was listed for $6.5 million to $7 million last month.

Tregoning, 42, bought the property for $1.22 million in 2014, according to The Daily Telegraph.

The original sale was a fibro cottage converted into a sprawling 1,390m2 villa estate by architect Daniel Raymond.

News of the latest sell-off comes after Tregoning last week confirmed her split from husband Timothy, 40, after they split eight months ago.
