This encourages agents to be resourceful in finding properties for sale or purchase for their clients.

It is therefore quite possible that you will be contacted even if your house is not for sale. It happened to Noovo Info journalist Jean-Simon Bui, who received a letter at his home from Guillaume and Léa, a couple looking for their first property.

According to their own statements, the two buyers are looking for their “family nest” and refer to their real estate agent René-Pier Mathieu from Monark Immobilier.

“These are real people who have an agency contract with us,” assures Mr. Mathieu. The agent recognizes that this is a strategy to target potential properties for their clients. “It’s a strategy to help our buyer customers. We write the letter with them. With the pandemic and the market in recent years, it has forced us to find new methods.

A strategy that is not uniform

It should be noted that this strategy is completely legal. However, real estate agent at Sotheby’s Daniel Dagenais is not convinced of the merits of this strategy.

“A buyer who says, ‘Call our agent’, that’s not his job, that’s the agent’s!”

For her part, REMAX real estate agent Patricia Deguara believes that this type of personalized story can appeal to seniors.

“These are people who are sensitive to the fact that they are buyers who fall in love with their property that they have owned for 20, 30, 40 years.”

Thanks to his advertising strategy, René-Pier Mathieu likes it when the emotion is there. “Real estate is full of emotions. I don’t want to take advantage of anyone, on the contrary, I want to put in touch a part that buys and one that sells.

It must be said that real estate sales are in free fall. January 2023 was Canada’s worst January since 2009, according to the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). In Quebec there is a 24% drop in one year. “So realtors may want to add properties to their inventory,” concludes Ms. Deguara.

Brazilian rebellion on the internet after selling donated clothes

Brazilian rebellion on the internet after selling donated clothes

“Cara de pau”, “greedy” and “clueless” were some of the terms used to characterize the Brazilian, who lives in Portugal and claimed to be picking up donated clothes to resell at an online thrift store. In a video that has been circulating on the web but can no longer be found on Elisa Viega’s TikTok profile, the influencer shows that there are “hidden” houses in Portuguese neighborhoods where you can choose clothes. Only locals know these places.

“You just have to go in and get it, but like I said, not everyone knows about it. So, I’ll teach you this trick,” says the young woman in the video. In the pictures, she captures leaving the place with many bags containing dozens of items of clothing.

There are many coats in her acquisitions and Elisa boasts that she found a scarf from the Italian brand Valentino for free. After that, she goes to a public laundromat to wash everything.

“And then we took some photos to sell things at Vintage and make some money there in Portugal,” the young woman ends the video.

After the video was published by journalist Flávio Costa’s profile, there were dozens of netizens who criticized the influencer’s actions. Check the record:

Antonella Perini on Luca I couldnt be without him

Antonella Perini on Luca: “I couldn’t be without him”

Luke Panont And Antonella Perini They recently dated men and women after about three months of acquaintance.

The 45-year-old entrepreneur admitted just before the show’s Christmas break that he almost fell in love with the former model. She, for her part, accepted the knight’s explanation, having just ended the acquaintance Armando incarnate.

To this day, the two former faces of Throne Over seem like a committed couple, as they themselves told the journalist Lorenzo Stitch herwho interviewed her for MondoTv24. “This story was born within the program,” he began Lukewho explain how their story was born:

After three years, having been called from production, I finally decided to come back. I was there ten years ago and so I went there by accident, I said: “Come on, I’ll go down for a weekend, see if I like anyone, otherwise I’ll go home”. I didn’t notice it the first day because I was sitting on the other side. On the second day they put it in front of me and I said, “But where did that come from?”. Then, as I stared at her, I said to myself, “I’ve seen her somewhere.” I couldn’t think of it, then I remembered and said, “That’s it Antonella Periniwhich I had to take to court in 2007″.

There used to be no emails, you called the editors… I couldn’t go, I sent my application but they never called me back and then I met them there. I stared at her for almost the whole episode, then it was also coincidence because she was with another person, Armando. The day I noticed her, this person wasn’t in the studio, we danced together and then we met at the coffee machine and I said to her, “Are you dating anyone by any chance?” because I didn’t know, I had just arrived. She told me she was dating someone and I knew who it was Armando. I then asked her to go out for pizza that night and we started dating from there.

Antonella he added:

We didn’t eat pizza, but let’s say we started kneading our story. After the first outing I told the editors “he doesn’t want a story” and I was right, because he actually wanted to leave on the first day. He didn’t feel ready yet. He hadn’t seen me, but he had seen the girl next to me. If Maria she asked him who he wanted to dance with, he replied: “Fame And Roberta‘, the two girls who are his type who have nothing to do with me. Then Elenawho was next to me so he just jumped me.

We shared important words when I had the flu and was away from school for a week or more. He was with me 24/7 and that’s when I realized how important he was in my life. Then things happened that made me falter a bit because I wasn’t quite sure what space he wanted to give me in his life. Then I realized that I couldn’t be without him and now here we are.

Luke And Antonella They also share work commitments. The former knight said:

We enjoy the restaurant to the fullest (hers, editor’s note). Obviously we live far apart and I’ve always come to Udine. She’s coming to see me in Pescheria del Garda next week. For the moment we have the holidays planned, we will go to the Canary Islands. We did some work projects together. I work in real estate and as I see them very worn I try to bring them in. Also to bring out his talents, which are really many.

Back to her story Antonella has explained:

We haven’t talked much about it, but people have noticed, many are writing to us. I’ve always believed in fairy tales since I first did Men and Women in 2007, but I come from a failed family experience. My father died when I was 16. Unfortunately, my parents never loved each other and I always saw other families like Mulino Bianco’s. But I always thought there would be a happy ending for me because I’m very pragmatic but at the same time I’ve always seen other people’s stories with the eyes of my heart.

AND Luke:

I have a similar situation to yours. My parents didn’t get along when I was little, they separated when I was 14 and I found that warmth in other people’s families, my aunt, my grandparents. We have a similar experience so we hit it off quickly. I’ve been through two failed relationships, I have two daughters with two different women, so I don’t have an easy situation. Everything I expected except meeting the woman of my life in Men and Women.

At Richard Guarnieri And Glory Nicoletti, Antonella he said:

I intervened when I had something to say Richard, when I realized that there was no point in talking anymore, I shut up and let the others talk. At Richard, I told the editors from the start: “He’s not the man who could catch my eye”. She still has things to settle in her life, she’s a bit too prima donna. I’ve been reevaluating him lately when he let himself go with me Fame and I believed it so much that I started shutting up about that too.

I didn’t follow up on her story Fame because I didn’t have time to watch the program all the time. However, the moment a Dead Poets Society actually existed and the two seemed to be on the same wavelength, something went wrong. The moment he hugged her when she was attacked downtown, she studied being gone Fame Initially, being only there for the cameras, she had to leave. Take it, kiss it and walk away. There was probably a connection between the two at the time that she didn’t see. Affected by all the attacks, by crying, she didn’t understand this gesture, which for me was a very strong gesture on my part Richard.

“Even then I thought: ‘Bravo Richard” – he agreed Luke, continued – But he was always vague, he would always say one thing and then afterwards refuse the recording”. The former Tronista then added: “He’s the man waiting for the woman to make the first move. For me it’s a matter of looks, mental and physical connections that I’ve never seen before. So Fame She was right to go because she had reached the limit, the poem was passed. I think there was nothing between them because they couldn’t understand each other. By a certain age one should have learned what one likes and dislikes… the time one dedicates is always precious, it should not be wasted”.

Finally, on the men’s parterre, Luke reserved some criticism for Armando:

I haven’t seen the last episodes. That’s what they told me Blaise He had left the studio, but I don’t think his journey within the program is over yet. He’s gone in the past, then he’s been called back, and I think it’s going to happen again this time. I didn’t know him much. The ones I became a little closer with were Alexander Schiavonewith someone else Alexander who was out Paula because we work in the same company and with Klaus.

I think the way of Armando inside the transfer is a copy-paste, in the sense that it always does the same things. He dates a girl for a week and breaks her up the next week. As far as I’m concerned, he’s a “serial mudslayer”. Also with Antonella a kiss was triggered and then in the transmission he left that thing off. So there are two things: either he has a girlfriend outside of the studio or he doesn’t like women.

Brazil: Taunted at billiards, two hitmen kill seven people

Men laughed at after losing two games of billiards at an open-air establishment in Brazil retaliated by opening fire on customers, killing seven people, including a 12-year-old girl.

In shocking video captured by security camera and broadcast by local media, we can see one of the suspects, armed with a pistol, lining up customers near a wall. Then a second man with a long gun gets out of a van and walks towards the people at a rapid pace before opening fire without warning.

The two accomplices can then be seen recovering some bills and a bag from the pool tables before escaping.

The gruesome scene to watch happened in the city of Sinop, in the central state of Mato Grosso, on Tuesday.

According to police, one of the suspects, Edgar Ricardo de Oliveira, lost a disputed game of billiards with one of the victims that morning and lost a bet of 4,000 Brazilian reals (about $1,000 CAN) in passing. He returned in the afternoon to challenge the same man and lost again, ridiculously.

Oliveira and his accomplice Ezequias Souza Ribeiro then decided to take revenge.

The deaths of six people, including a 12-year-old girl and the owner of the swimming pool, have been confirmed at the scene. A seventh victim died in hospital.

The ages of the victims range from 12 to 48 years. All are male except for the teenager.

Edgar Ricardo de Oliveira was found by military police on Wednesday and shot dead after an exchange of gunfire. His accomplice plans to turn himself in to the police on Thursday, his lawyer told various local media.

The Georgia grand jury foreman who tried to subpoena Trump has a hilarious Pinterest page

The Georgia grand jury foreman who laughed at bringing down the former president has a wacky Pinterest page with collections of pinned spells and all things witchy.

Emily Kohrs, 30, has been on a bizarre media tour that’s already causing prosecutors a headache after she giggled during a TV interview with MSNBC when she said she “wanted” to subpoena Trump just for a chance to swear in him.

Many of Kohr’s social media accounts have been deleted, but her Pinterest page continues to host several collections of pins dedicated to Wiccan and witchcraft.

Fulton County DA Fani Willis has investigated behavior surrounding efforts by Trump and his allies to overturn the 2020 election results. The former president called the “ridiculous” case a “strongly political continuation of the greatest witch hunt of all time”.

In just one of her many interviews about a normally veiled trial, Kohrs told MSNBC why she wanted to hear from Trump in person.

“I wanted to hear from the former president, but honestly I wanted to subpoena the former president because I had to swear everyone in,” she said.

“And so I thought it would be really cool to have 60 seconds with President Trump where I look at him and say, ‘Solemnly swear,’ and I can swear him in,” she continued.

She said she “just thought this would be a great moment,” and smiled mischievously.

Kohrs lives in Georgia and was previously employed as a planning coordinator at Elizabeth Gallo Court Reporting LLC, according to her LinkedIn page, and JOANN Fabrics, according to her Facebook page, which shows the 30-year-old in photos dating back years with her family and friends.

Her Pinterest page has several collections of pinned posts dedicated to magic, spells, herbalists, and sacred science.

Some of the pins give directions for spells and magic circles, while others list herbs and other materials needed for the spells.

As her media tour continues, there have been concerns that she could jeopardize possible indictments against Trump and his MAGA allies.

Former federal prosecutor Elie Hoing said the Anderson Cooper Kohr interviews were a “terrible idea” and a “nightmare” for prosecutors.

“Mark my words, Donald Trump’s team will make a motion, if there is an indictment, to dismiss those charges on the basis of grand jury inappropriateness,” he added.

‘She’s not supposed to talk about anything.’

Attorneys for witnesses who appeared before the grand jury, which can propose indictments, are already preparing to attempt to quash indictments based on their public statements.

Kohrs also spoke to CNN about the nature of the possible charges.

“Can you imagine doing this for eight months and not coming out with a whole list of recommended charges,” Kohrs told CNN. “It’s not a short list. It is not.’

He has also used the term to refer to his phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelenskyy seeking an investigation into Hunter Biden. It was part of his first impeachment trial in the Senate.

Former Assistant US Attorney Elie Honig called the media tour on CNN “a prosecutor’s nightmare.” He said it was a “terrible idea” and speculated prosecutors “cinched”.

The TV hits came after Kohrs said “one or more witnesses” will be charged, first reported by the New York Times

“It’s not a short list,” said foreman Emily Kohrs, adding that the jury appended eight pages of the statute code “which we quoted at various points in the report.”

Following the release of part of the report last week, Kohrs says there are still seven sections that remain sealed with indictment recommendations.

These sections are silent on important details, including who the panel believes committed perjury and what other specific charges should be pursued. But it is the first time the grand jury’s recommendations for criminal charges related to the case have been released. And it’s a reminder of the deepening legal challenges the former president faces as he ramps up his third bid for the White House amid multiple legal investigations.

Trump is also under investigation by the US Department of Justice for storing classified documents at his Florida estate.
