10 years have flown by Prince Alberts beloved child Jazmin

“10 years have flown by!” Prince Albert’s beloved child Jazmin Grimaldi reveals more snaps from her half-brother’s birthday party, which her father also attended… but Princess Charlene was nowhere to be seen

Prince Albert’s eldest child, Jazmin Grimaldi, has shared sweet snaps of the siblings when they were younger for her brother’s 20th birthday.

Alexandre Grimaldi-Coste celebrated with a family dinner attended by his father Prince Albert, mother Nicole Coste and half-sister Jazmin.

Jazmin has posted pictures on Instagram from when the two were younger. One picture shows Alexandre posing in a FC Barcelona football shirt.

She captioned the pics, “10 years has flown by… Happy 20th birthday to the greatest little brother anyone could ask for in a big sister. ‘Love you bro!’

Jazmin, 31, is the daughter and eldest child of Prince Albert of Monaco, whom he shares with American Tamara Rotolo.

His half-sister Jazmin Grace Grimaldi, who was also at the meal, posted a picture of the pair when they were younger, with Alexandre wearing a FC Barcelona football shirt

She later also shared a picture of his birthday cake with layers of cream and fruit on her Instagram Stories and tagged Alexandre’s account in her post.

It comes as Alexandre’s mother Nicole Coste, 51, also posted some pictures from his birthday to the social media platform.

One of the snaps shows Prince Albert, 65, sitting between his eldest son and smiling ex-lover Nicole.

The family gathered for a leisurely meal together outdoors surrounded by greenery.

The former flight attendant from Togo wrote, “Happy birthday Alexandre,” adding a love heart emoji to the caption.

However, the royal’s wife Princess Charlene, 45, was nowhere to be seen.

They also treated themselves to a second birthday cake, which was red and white for the flag of Monaco and read “Happy Birthday Alexandre, 20 years old.” It also featured Monaco’s coat of arms.

Although he is Albert’s eldest son, he is not in line to the throne of Monégasque as his parents were unmarried when he was born.

The royal also has twins Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella, eight, who he shares with his wife Princess Charlene.

As Prince Jacques is Albert’s ‘legitimate’ child (because he was born when he was married to Charlene), he is the current heir to the Monaco throne.

Alexandre recently attacked trolls who labeled him illegitimate, saying he found it “offensive” because his parents “did not commit adultery”.

The university student, who is studying business and management in the UK, gave a wide-ranging interview to French magazine Point de Vue ahead of his birthday, in which he described father Prince Albert of Monaco, 65, as “benevolent” and said he kept to himself ‘happy’.

His father acknowledged his paternity from an early age, and despite growing up out of the limelight, he’s increasingly found his way into the royal family in recent years.

Since 2022, with his father’s encouragement, he has used his family’s name, Grimaldi (although he also kept his mother’s name, with the hyphen Grimaldi-Coste).

“My father’s name is Grimaldi. It makes sense that I bear his name. I would have named Dochomel if my father had been Mr. Dochomel!’ “he told the magazine.”

He also responded to being called “illegitimate” and complained that online trolls questioned his legitimacy.

“When I was born, neither of my parents were in another marriage and they did not commit adultery. Use this word [illegitimate] is offensive!

“I hope no one believes the lies spread on the internet.” You take your father’s name when you’re recognized by birth. When I was a baby, I received voluntary recognition from my father. Not by a judge or the press forcing him to do it,” he added.

“My mother, who I adore, is my rock and she’s not at all jealous of my choice.” If she never said anything about my last name, it was only to protect our privacy. “I was two years old when I was revealed to the press.”

Alexandre, who studies business administration and English, added that he lives with his mother and two older half-brothers from her previous marriage.

“Jazmin is my big sister and I love her like I love my two big brothers on my mother’s side,” Alexandre added.

“We all get along very well and Jazmin is also very close to one of my two brothers, with whom she shares her birthday.” “We have a good relationship even though we live in distant countries.”

He also joked that he has an “endearment” towards his younger siblings, but doesn’t share their toys due to the age difference.

The royal has been spending quality time with the Monegasque side of his family and was recently pictured at his cousin Louis Ducruet’s wedding.

Meanwhile, Princess Stephanie, his aunt, is also his godmother.

And despite his good looks, he said he has no plans to be a model and follow in his grandmother Grace Kelly’s footsteps.

“My father is a prince and head of state – I personally cannot imagine marching on a podium.”

“On the other hand, if a prestigious brand asks me to be their ambassador and their image suits me, why not?”
