We’ve scoured the internet for Black Friday kitchen deals that might be of interest to you if you’re looking for gifts — or feeling completely unprepared with the tools you have in your kitchen. Whether it’s a new countertop appliance, the KitchenAid of your dreams, or a better coffee maker to survive your in-laws’ stay in town, these are the best kitchen deals you can shop this Black Friday.

Ninja Speedi Air Fryer

This is an all around great air fryer. It offers more than other air fryer models with 12-in-1 functionality, including cooking modes ranging from searing and sautéing to baking and roasting. It’s also suitable for making one-pot meals and comes with a recipe booklet to get you started.
The quiet, undisputed king of rice cookers, the Zojirushi uses “fuzzy logic technology” with a microcomputer (hence the abbreviation “Micom” in the product name) to make tiny adjustments in heat distribution, ensuring your grains cook with minimal time Cooked to perfection with no effort and no burnt or wet spots. We’ve seen this drop by about $15, but that’s the lowest price we’ve seen in the last six months.

This was the only appliance on WIRED Reviews Editor Julian Chokkattu’s wedding registry—he uses it to make stale bread fresh again, but you can also use it to reheat pretty much anything. The Balmuda Toaster (8/10, WIRED Recommends) is a mini steam toaster, so you pour a tiny bit of water into the top using the included (and equally cute) little cup. There are time recommendations for things like pizza, a croissant, or sandwich bread.
It may look like a coffee maker, but the Ninja Creami (6/10, WIRED Review) makes ice cream. It’s not an essential tool, of course, but it’s fun if you’re interested in experimenting with your own sorbet and ice cream recipes. Ninja also has a Ninja Creami Recipe Book on sale for $17 if you want ideas on where to start (though we wish it was included and didn’t have to be purchased separately).
KitchenAid 5.5 liter stand mixer

The motor isn’t quite as powerful as the more expensive Artisan model, but this mixer is powerful enough for all but the thickest and stickiest doughs and still has 10 speeds and a few included attachments. KitchenAid stand mixers have a reputation for durability. So although it is an initial investment, you can expect it to last for many years. You can also purchase the smaller 4.5 liter size on sale.
Do you dream of a better blender? Breville’s Super Q (8/10, WIRED Reviews) is a high-end blender that’s great for making smoothies, nut butters, and frozen margaritas. However, it’s a treat even if there’s a sale.
This is one of the biggest discounts we’ve ever seen on the ever-popular and convenient Instant Pot. If you don’t have one yet, this is a good time to invest. It’s hard to make cooking easier. Plug one in, the pressure builds, and all your slow cooker favorites—chili, ribs, mac and cheese, stocks, and braises—are ready in no time.
Vitamix 5200

This powerful blender only has two switches and a dial, but is great for blending smoothies, lassis, frozen margaritas, salad dressings, and even mole adobo. It’s impressive how much this blender can do, which is why we recommend it for home cooks.
Hand blenders are, um, handy when you need to blend a small amount of something without getting your big blender dirty. They’re great for blending soups in the pot, making a small bowl of hummus, and you can even make smoothies in a stainless steel mug if you’re careful with the speed control. The KitchenAid’s removable head is dishwasher safe, making it easy to clean when you’re done.
Everyone needs a little music and weather in their kitchen. The Echo Show 5 is typically overpriced at $90, but the $40 asking price is the best price we’ve found. Keep in mind that it is on sale quite often. We prefer the Echo Show 10 for its larger size, but the Echo Show 5’s smaller footprint is good for a small kitchen. If you prefer Google Assistant, the Nest Hub is also available for $50 ($50 off).
Cookware Deals

The enameled casserole puts an end to the poor tendencies of pure cast iron. You can clean the inside and outside of this lodge with any dish soap solution and never have to wipe it down with vegetable oil to keep it from rusting overnight. The non-stick, non-reactive surface is perfect for slow cooking stews, oysters, and virtually anything else that sits on the stove for an extended period of time.
We generally do not recommend cookware sets. You’re better off with the right pans than with a set. However, it’s hard to go wrong with All-Clad. While we prefer All-Clad’s D5 collection, the D3 collection is similar, and that’s a great price for a seven-piece set. The D3 collection only has three layers bonded together, so it heats faster but doesn’t cook quite as evenly as the D5 collection.
Coffee machine deals
Aeropress

The genius of the justly popular Aeropress isn’t so much that it makes great coffee (which it does) but that it makes it really difficult to make bad coffee. I’ve never had a bad coffee from an Aeropress, which I can’t say about any other coffee maker. If you are looking for an easy and foolproof way to make a mug, this is the tool for you. We have seen the price drop a bit, but this is the lowest price in six months.
If you want to make better coffee or bake better pastries, nothing helps more than a scale. Need a $185 kitchen scale? No, but the Tally Pro is the MacBook Pro of kitchen scales. It’s solid, hefty, made of metal and glass and the OLED screen is really beautiful. There are also lots of smart tools – like brew assist mode, which helps you find the right time to brew.
This coffee maker (8/10, WIRED recommends) is more advanced than you’d think at first glance. Two boilers and three different brewing speeds are used to prepare excellent coffee. It looks like the 8-cup brewer on steroids and can make three different brew sizes: small broth (2 to 4 cups), medium broth (5 to 8 cups), and large broth (9 to 12 cups).

This Mr. Coffee machine is one of our favorite latte and cappuccino makers because it’s easy to use, can automatically stir in milk for you, and is still affordable. At the touch of a button you can choose between a latte or cappuccino, and there’s a manual mode that will keep frothing or extracting espresso until you ask it to stop.
Little caffeine and little counter space? The K-Express is just 6.5 inches wide and 12 inches deep, but its removable container holds 36 fluid ounces – enough water to make a round of coffee for you and your friends without having to constantly refill it. Just do something good for the planet and make sure you use reusable Keurig pods to reduce single-use plastic waste.
