The remains of Hugo Vinicius Skulny Pedros were thrown into a river in the municipality of Sete Quedas, in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. According to the Brazilian press, police secured part of his hip, torso and thigh and identified Hugo from a tattoo of his late father.

Hugo had attended a party at a gas station across the border before friends drove him to his ex-girlfriend’s home in Sete Quedas, a town on the Paraguayan border.
