Police in Romania have fined 11 luxury vehicles worth millions of dollars belonging to social media influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan in connection with allegations they have detained and abused half a dozen women.
Among the sports cars Tate stole from Bucharest was the $2.9 million Bugatti Chiron, which Tate used to taunt 20-year-old Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg shortly before her arrest.
The stable of cars seized also included two Ferraris and a Porsche, as well as a Rolls-Royce Wraith and an Aston Martin Vanquish S Ultimate, Romanian outlets Spy News and Gândul reported on Tuesday and insiders confirmed on Wednesday.
The seizure came after the Tate brothers and two Romanian women were arrested on December 29 for allegedly holding six women as “virtual prisoners” and forcing them to have sex on camera for subscribers to Tate’s “Hustler University.” to have.
Andrew, 36, a former world kickboxing champion and “Big Brother” contestant, took to social media to expose his lavish lifestyle and misogynistic beliefs alongside pornographic content by women allegedly under “house arrest” in front of millions of fans and subscribers on display, who had admiringly dubbed him the “King of Toxic Masculinity”.
The American-British media personality – who reportedly claimed women were “property” by men and relocated to Romania as part of a sex abuse investigation because he thought it would be easier to evade rape allegations – has been accused of being an “organized criminal belonging to the group that did so allegedly raped a woman last year, prosecutors said.

Police reportedly seized 11 Tate luxury cars, some of which had vanity plates beginning with “T8.”
Completing the alleged sex trafficking gang, co-defendants Georgiana Naghel, 28, and Luana Radu, 32, were accused of helping to “coerce” and “control” the six women.
Naghel is said to be Andrew’s girlfriend, and Radu is a former Bucharest police officer-turned-porn star, according to the Times of London. The women were dubbed “Tate’s Angels” by the Romanian and international media.
Andrew’s confiscated stable of expensive cars will be withheld by authorities to “cover the costs of the investigation” and the assets could be turned over to abuse prosecutors as damages if the suspects are found guilty, said Ramona Bolla, spokeswoman for the Romanian investigative agency DIICOT, told Insider.
One of the vehicles in question – the $300,000 Rolls-Royce Wraith – was bought on a whim in London over the summer, according to a YouTube clip showing Andrew and Tristan, 34, where they documented the purchase and ” damn loser “mocked” who couldn’t afford such an extravagant impulse buy.
The confiscated assets could be paid out to victims as damages, prosecutors said.AP
Many of the other confiscated vehicles were also worth six figures. A Vanquish S retails for just under $300,000 and a Porsche Carrera 4s starts at $130,000. Several more modest vehicles were also reportedly confiscated, including a Soviet-era BMW X6 and Lada 1500.
Tate’s arrest came after an online exchange with Thunberg late last month. After this Tate tagged her in a Twitter post where he boasted about having 33 cars with “huge emissions,” she suggested he overcompensated for his small penis, prompting him to share a video of him flaunting pizza boxes from a Romanian restaurant, one of which he promised they would not be recycled.
Tate and his alleged cohorts were arrested in a raid shortly afterwards, prompting the activist to post, “This is what happens when you don’t recycle your pizza boxes.”
Reports that the Twitter spat actually led authorities to Tate’s whereabouts were refuted by Bolla, who last week said the coincidence was “funny, but no,” alluding to the suspect having had leads online for months leading to his shared my Romanian whereabouts.

Tate’s arrest came after he sent the boastful letter to climate activist Greta Thunberg, but the two events were unrelated, prosecutors said. Twitter/Andrew Tate
The suspected human traffickers were initially detained for just 24 hours. An appeal was lodged against a court-ordered extension of the 30-day prison sentence pending the police investigation.
Andrew’s Twitter account had been active since the day after the arrest, and the cigar-smoking playboy had attempted to paint the investigation as a conspiracy, telling his followers, “The Matrix sent their agents.”
Tate was banned from Twitter for claiming rape victims “have some responsibility” for their attacks. He was reinstated after Elon Musk bought the social network.
