He is accused of illegal interest collection and embezzlement. The prosecutor advocates harsh penalties against him. The case will be adjourned on July 20.

The prosecutor ordered Félix Ismain to receive a two-year prison sentence, one of which was suspended, a fine of 100,000 euros suspended at half the amount, and a five-year ban and ban from exercising an administrative function.

The first judge of Bellefontaine was devastated by this almost six-hour hearing and considered him a man of honour.
For him, this case had already contributed to the killing of his mother. He considers himself innocent, as does his lawyer, who denies in particular the subsidies diverted to clubs.
They are awaiting deliberation of the trial on July 20.
