Located on a private island in the heart of the Keys, this super-luxe resort features around 30 thatched-roof bungalows inspired by British West Indian design, with four-poster beds, whirlpool tubs, and private patios — and of course, no TVs.
In this true paradise in the tropics we find, among other things, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a spa and a top-class restaurant. The only way to get there is either by boat or seaplane.
It goes without saying that this prestigious hotel complex is not affordable for all budgets. The rental rate for a room is $3590 as of February 25, 2023. After all, we have the right to dream!
AZUL KEY WEST, Key West
A mecca of fun, spectacular sunsets and lush gardens, Key West is one of the most romantic cities in all of Florida. If you’re looking for a hotel getaway for a romantic getaway, book a few nights at the Azul Key West. This adults-only boutique hotel, housed in an 1899 Victorian mansion, offers four rooms on the second floor, while the other six are in an adjacent building. Most of the rooms have a view of the swimming pool and some of them have access to a large gallery. On the practical side, residents have at their disposal a communal kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor. The hotel is strategically located as it is five minutes from the famous residence of writer Ernest Hemingway and a few blocks from bustling Duvall Street. The team that runs Azul Key West also operates two other adult-oriented Key West hotels, Scarlet Mango Inn and Travelers Palm Inn, each with six cozy rooms.
KEY WEST BED & BREAKFAST, Key West
Are you a fan of the bed and breakfast formula? Well, there’s one in Key West that’s adult-only. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Key West Bed & Breakfast is an 1898 pink-painted Victorian house with large porches. It offers around ten lovingly furnished rooms on three floors. Some of them have their own terrace overlooking the gardens or the old town. The bedroom on the first floor is particularly charming with its large four-poster mahogany bed and the one inspired by the painter Paul Gauguin. On the other hand, there is no swimming pool, but guests can use that of the neighboring Island City House inn.
Another notable aspect is that the bed and breakfast is minutes from Mallory Square, where we celebrate the sunset in style every night, Duvall Street, and Southernmost Point, the southernmost point of the United States, where you can have your picture taken next to its famous buoy can let !
Note that you can rent a bike for the day for $15. What better way to visit Key West than while pedaling!

HOTEL GRAYSTONE, Miami Beach
The Art Deco-style Hotel Greystone is also adults-only. This trendy spot in South Beach’s Art Deco District, just a two-minute walk from the beach, has around a hundred modern rooms and suites, not to mention gorgeous penthouses with private patios and hot tubs. It also offers a restaurant, a café and a jazz bar. Its rooftop pool is particularly pleasant at the end of the day. Take the opportunity to sip a cocktail with your feet in the water while admiring panoramic views of Collins Avenue.
