21-year-old man missing in Quebec

The Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ) is asking for the public and media’s help in locating Jake Power-Olloa of Quebec.

He is a 21-year-old male of Hispanic descent. He is 6’2” tall with long brown hair and brown eyes. He reportedly sports a ruffled mustache and has tattoos around his neck and hands. He was last seen in a baseball-style black coat.

Mr Power-Olloa was last seen in the Chemin St-Louis area on Saturday morning, February 18, but he was reportedly in touch with a loved one on the night of February 19. Nothing has been heard from him since then.

Mr. Power-Olloa could be in the Parc de la Pointe-aux-lièvres sector. He would walk. The police must fear for his health or safety if he is not found quickly.
