21 years in prison for the cheesecake poisoner: Viktoria Nasyrova wanted to kill her double to give herself a new life

The police-known Russian was willing to do anything to snatch the identity of her beautician friend, who looked like two drops of water.

It is amazing news that found an afterword in court. Viktoria Nasyrova, a 47-year-old Russian citizen living in New York, was sentenced Wednesday to 21 years in prison for attempted murder by poisoning… with cheesecake!

The story is pretty sordid and dates back to 2016. The suspect became friends with her beautician, Olga Tsvyk, who looks a lot like her and how she speaks perfect Russian. Same hair, same complexion, same facial features. One evening she drives home to Brooklyn and, like all good friends in such situations, brings a gift, in this case appetizing slices of cheesecake.

stage suicide

The beautician quickly becomes nauseous, throws up, suffers from hallucinations and goes to bed. She was found unconscious the next day by a friend who discovered her in her bed surrounded by drugs, suggesting a suicide attempt, says Vanity Fair. When her life is not in danger after treatment in the hospital, she returns home to find that her identity papers have disappeared. Her jewelry disappeared along with the sum of $4,000. Analysis of the cake showed the presence of phenazepam, a very powerful tranquilizer.

Viktoria Nasyrova, who lived in Brooklyn, was convicted of attempted murder, assault and unlawful imprisonment. Queens Superior Court Justice Kenneth Holder described her as “an extremely dangerous woman” who hatched a “diabolical” plan to assault her friend.

A “domina” who lures men into the trap

In 2015, Interpol issued a red flag over his arrest following the murder of a woman in Russia a year earlier. She is accused of killing her neighbor and stealing her life savings, the BBC reports. She was also accused of drugging and robbing men she met on dating sites where she offered her femdom activities.
