3dverse and Gaming Campus jointly offer real-time 3D training – Studyrama

150 students and 12 interdisciplinary 3D projects

“This is a unique collaboration for our students: we will train more than 150 of them in real-time 3D and have them work on projects whose briefs were carried out by real customers,” explains Valérie Dmitrovic, co-founder of Gaming Campus. From the end of November 2023 and for 3 months, students from the 3 schools on the Gaming Campus (G. Business, G. Tech and G. Art) will work on 12 projects at the same time. The briefs for these projects are created by partner customers and address real-world problems. For example, students at the Gaming Campus use 3dverse technologies to carry out innovative projects for the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, La Grotte de Chauvet and Visiativ. They will work closely together will present their productions to customer partners on February 15, 2024. “The expected technical level is very high. “Gaming Campus is the only video game school that offers its students projects of this kind,” emphasizes Valérie Dmitrovic.

3dverse, pioneering the new era of real-time 3D

3dverse is a collaborative real-time 3D rendering platform. It harnesses the power of the cloud democratize access to high-quality 3D applications. There is no barrier to entry for users (cost, technical knowledge, performance). Everyone has the same 3D experience, regardless of the web browser or type of device used (tablet, mobile phone, PC, etc.). “This hardware independence is the reason why students of all disciplines, whether G Tech, G Business or G Arts, can easily work with 3dverse. This approach guarantees universal accessibility and eliminates limitations related to computer hardware. Over and beyond, It makes it easier to share projects in real time with external school stakeholders who wouldn’t necessarily have access to traditional tools,” explains Pierre Adrien Forestier, co-founder of 3dverse. “3dverse reduces production times and operational costs,” adds Sylvain Ordureau, co-founder of 3dverse.

It is also a unique opportunity to learn about the many professions (developer, data scientist, computer engineer, operations integrator, etc.) and ask your questions during the conferences.

Train students in new 3D careers that go beyond video games

3D programmer, 3D designer, 3D animator, 3D modeler: professions related to 3D are multiplying. The areas of application of these three-dimensional experts are no longer limited to the video game sector. 3D technology has expanded its reach beyond entertainment. In the field of medicine, for example 3D visualization is used to model organs and tissues, which helps surgeons plan complex operations. In architecture, 3D modeling allows you to create more realistic representations of buildings and projects. The Gaming Campus school programs are developed together with companies. They are checked several times a year to ensure Consider technological developments and business needs. Valérie Dmitrovic, co-founder of Gaming Campus, testifies: “The explosion of 3D needs from our partner companies encouraged us to think about a specific program, both on the technical side and on the graphic creation or management. Over and beyond 3D technologies are developing rapidlyIt is very enriching for our students’ employability to be able to master this as early as possible. This partnership with 3dverse allows us to launch 3D projects this year and in this sense is excellent news for our students.”
