Oklahoma’s secondlargest city, Tulsa, has encouraged telecommuters to pack up and move there through the Tulsa Remote program. If selected, you will receive a onetime payment of $10,000, among other benefits. The program started in November 2018 and has grown since then.
Albinen, Switzerland

Albinen, Switzerland is facing a declining population with falling numbers. The urgency to increase the numbers prompted the Swiss government to pay people to move there.
Families moving to Albinen can receive up to CHF25,000, nearly $27,000, per adult and up to CHF10,000 per child, nearly $11,000. This requires you to commit to buying a home in the community and making it your primary residence for at least 10 years.
Sardinia, Italy
Many towns in Sardinia on the coast of Italy are facing a population decline crisis. Applicants who settle in a Sardinian town with fewer than 3,000 inhabitants or who move there after buying a house can receive housing benefit of up to 15,000 euros.
Santiago, Chile

The Chilean government is offering entrepreneurs $40,000 to help them start a business in Santiago. Launched in 2010 as StartUp Chile, the program offers several variants for different types of startups, including a program for womenled companies.
