An AMOLED screen, of course
Unsurprisingly, the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro are all equipped with an AMOLED panel. No wonder, because the Korean manufacturer has been known for its expertise in this field for many years. It’s still Samsung’s high-end smartphones that benefit from some of the nicest screens out there.

In an Ultrabook, the advantages of an AMOLED panel are numerous. First, there is the “infinite contrast” inherent in this technology. If you want a pixel on an AMOLED panel to display black, it simply turns itself off. This avoids the blooming problem, that glowing halo that surrounds the subtitles, for example. The colors of AMOLED screens are also generally more vibrant and therefore easier on the eye.
The Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro is both equipped with 13.3 or 15.6 inch AMOLED screens with Full HD resolution. And you can even feel it in the 360-degree version. We’ll come back to that a little later.
Anthracite is the new black
Black (or charcoal gray) ultrabooks are not common on the market. And we wonder why when we see the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro. Their matt anthracite color is the most beautiful effect and immediately gives the product a very high quality look. The aluminum alloy used for the chassis also has something to do with it. We imagine that Samsung has gone for a deep black because it’s reminiscent of what the AMOLED screen of these PCs can display.
The 360 version of the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro in particular is characterized by the fact that it is a hybrid PC. Understand that the screen is touch sensitive and the hinges that hold it can be rotated 360 degrees. So you can set it up as an easel, use it as a tray, etc. The only limit is your imagination (and the hinge too). The S-Pen stylus is also included.
Designed to work anywhere
In the age of telecommuting, coworking spaces and the return of business travel, Samsung has focused on lightness and portability in its PCs. In its 13.3-inch version, the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro weighs just 868 grams. A real featherweight that you won’t feel in a clutch or backpack.
Samsung hasn’t sacrificed connectivity on the altar of miniaturization. For example, all new Galaxy Book2 Pro contain an HDMI port. There is also at least one USB-C port and a memory card reader on every PC.
On the 360 versions, Samsung has integrated the crème de la crème of the current processors: the 12th generation Intel Core i7 (the latest) with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD. You will have no trouble running all the popular Office applications. With the classic Galaxy Book2 Pro, the manufacturer gives you the choice: Intel Core i5 or i7, 8 or 16 GB RAM. It’s up to you to find the configuration that best suits your needs.
Finally, the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro is Intel EVO certified. The processor manufacturer’s label guarantees certain characteristics such as fast charging, immediate exit from standby mode or even autonomy.
