In Italy, according to media reports, a man confessed to killing and dismembering a young woman who had been missing for weeks. The body of the woman in her early 20s was found near the northern Italian city of Brescia a week ago on Sunday, police said.
However, it was initially unclear who the dead woman was. Investigators had made the case public a few days after the discovery and were looking for clues to the identity with the help of tattoo descriptions.
