When: February 1st
Directed by Greek filmmaker Yorgos Lanthimos, the film, based on the novel of the same name by Alasdair Gray, references the classic Frankenstein through the strange story of young Bella Baxter (Emma Stone), who is brought back to life by the controversial methods of the scientist Doctor becomes Godwin Baxter (Willem Dafoe).
Mickey 17
When: 28th March

Mickey 17 by South Korean Bong Joonho, the director of Parasite, is also based on a science fiction literary plot. Starring Robert Pattinson, the film tells the story of a man who is sent on a manned space colonization expedition. As part of an expendable group scattered on suicide missions, his memories are transferred to a new body, his clone.
Civil War
When: 26th of April
From the popular production company A24, “Civil War” has a strong cast Wagner Moura is one of those actors and is based on an intriguing premise: What happens when a violent civil war breaks out in today's United States and a war team is led? Journalists on a real survival mission.
Angry
When: 23. May

The warrior Furiosa, previously played by Charlize Theron in Mad Max: Fury Road (2015), is played by Anya TaylorJoy in this prequel. The film tells the character's origin story and follows his challenging journey through the postapocalyptic world to find his way back home.
Inside Out 2
When: 14th June
Pixar's 2015 hit animated film Inside Out enchanted generations with the sensitivity with which it portrayed the complexities of the human mind. The sequence follows the arrival of a new feeling in the mind of protagonist Riley, now a 13yearold teenager: fear.

Griselda (Netflix)
When: January 25th
Before Pablo Escobar became Colombia's biggest drug trafficker, Griselda Blanco (Sofia Vergara) was already a pioneer in the country. Known as the “Godmother of Cocaine,” she was the one who created some of the Medellín Cartel's most important drug trafficking routes between the 1970s and 1980s. The biographical miniseries will portray his violent life.
Foreigners (Prime Video)
When: January 26th

Three North American women live in the same community in Hong Kong and face their own unique pains, but their paths are intertwined: young Mercy (Jiyoung Yoo) is trying to recover from a serious accident, Hilary (Sarayu Rao) is stuck a marital crisis and Margaret (Nicole Kidman) suffers a painful loss and begins to question her identity. The bookbased miniseries is the creation of Lulu Wang, director of the sensitive film A Despedida.
Master of the air (Apple TV+)

Starring Austin Butler, the miniseries follows the men of the 100th Bombardment Group (the “Bloody Hundred”) as they attacked Nazi Germany during World War II, enduring hostile conditions of fighting at 25,000 feet and intense psychological pressure were. Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks are executive producers of the series.

The regime (HBO)
When: 3 March
After her success in Mare of Easttown, Kate Winslet returns for another streaming project on HBO. In “The Regime” she plays the tyrannical leader of a fictional European nation. With a satirical tone, the production reveals a look behind the scenes of the head of state's oneyear term in office and shows how the government and her private life become embroiled in hairy controversies.
House of the Dragon Season 2 (HBO)
When: Probably for the second semester
The Game of Thronesderived series was one of the best television productions of 2022 with its first season. The new episodes are scheduled for the American summer (between June and August) and will follow the war between the two factions of the Targaryen family and his dragons for the Iron Throne. One side is led by Rhaenyra (Emma D'Arcy) in alliance with Daemon, while the other is under the command of Alicent (Olivia Cooke).
