, the restaurant in Gardone Riviera (Brescia) directed by chef Riccardo Camanini, who conquered the highest position, climbing to 8th place (in 2021 it was 15th place). Tenth place for
Le Calender
in Rubano (Padua), managed by chef Massimiliano Alajmo (he won 16 positions). Then there is
Uliassi
from Senigallia, by three-star Michelin chef Mauro Uliassi. Twelfth place for him and the “Highest New Entry” award.
