50th anniversary of the founding of the Polisario Front Roundtable

Fifty years ago, in 1973, the Polisario Front was founded as an organization to defend the interests and independence of the Saharawi people. Today the Round Table dedicated its space to the celebration of this date, on the same day that our country commemorates it with a central event chaired by the First Secretary of the Party and the President of the Republic; Miguel Diaz Canel Bermudez. The program for this Wednesday, May 9th focuses on the Saharawi people, their history of struggle and the role of the Polisario Front.

Today’s news focuses precisely on the region of North Africa and the Middle East where the foreign ministers of Russia, Turkey and Iran met today to defend Syria’s territorial integrity.

Cubavisión, Cubavisión Internacional, Canal Caribe, Radio Rebelde and Radio Habana Cuba, the Round Table and Presidency YouTube channels, and the Round Table, Cubadebate and Presidency Facebook pages will broadcast this broadcast live at 7:00 p.m.
