At 69, Jocelyn Cubales from the Philippines could become the first older contestant in Miss Universe history.
The Filipino is one of the 15 contestants to win the Quezon City regional pageant, which will crown its queen on January 31.
If Jocelyn Cubales is selected as the winner, she will advance to the national competition that will select the Philippines' representative for Miss Universe 2024 based in Mexico.
