An unnamed Canadian went viral after her daughter Dalys Barnett Radtke shared tik tak video of her age-defying mother and how she attributes her youthful looks to “good genes” and an active lifestyle.
TikTok users were amazed to learn that her mother doesn’t invest in expensive skincare regimes and all she uses is “soap, water cleanser and facial lotion.”
Anti-aging! A Canadian woman, 90, who has not been named, went viral after her daughter Dalys Barnett Radtke shared a TikTok video of her age-defying mother and revealed how she attributes her youthful looks to ‘good genes’ and keeps an active Lifestyle.
One follower wrote: “No way!! She’s seriously 90. My God, she’s the most beautiful aged woman I’ve ever seen. I’m shocked!
Another wrote: “She’s 90???? Or am I reading wrong? She’s not 90.”
A third added: “Looks better than I did at 37.”
Dalys explained that her first video has been viewed over 2.5 million times and that followers want to know what her “secret” to staying youthful is.
The slender 90-year-old, who wore a simple red ribbed jumper, light blue jeans and a gold chain for the video, insisted she had “no secret.”
She said she believes she was “really lucky because of her ‘good genetics'” but admitted that it must be at least partly lifestyle related because her own mother died at 82.
Keeping Active: Grandma demonstrated some floor exercises that keep her active.
Stretching: Grandma loves to play sports and keep fit, and also demonstrated her exercises on the floor.
But she wasn’t always the gym bunny.
“Something inside me is letting me know that I feel better when I move,” she continued. “I haven’t been to the gym in years and years and years.”
Grandma leads an active lifestyle every day, including classes in the gym, which include “at least an hour and a half, maybe a little more” exercises.
Grandma does a variety of exercises on the floor, including ball, stretching, strength training, and cardio.

Some subscribers noted the importance of exercise for maintaining youth and shared their own experiences.
