A real estate agent who recently listed a Florida home she wants to flip has promised to involve her ex-husband in the sale – and claims he will cook and clean for the new buyers.
Crystal Ball, 43, recently split from her husband of seven years Richard Chaillou, 54, but says the couple remain on good terms.
When she listed one of her own properties in Panama City Beach, Fla., for $699,000, she snapped photos of Richard around the house, striking playful poses and flexing his biceps.

Crystal received her real estate license in 2019 and currently owns several properties in Panama City Beach, Florida, including some that she is selling for profit.
She and her ex-husband owned several businesses together and have a son together, so they’re determined not to fall out, she says.
So when it came time to list one of her properties, she thought it would be nice to include him and make sure he would have a place to stay after their breakup.

Photos show Richard pulling the joke and strikingly sexy poses around the house.
In one he is lying on a leopard print rug while another shows him with one foot on a coffee table and his right arm bent to show his biceps.
He also posed on the bed and smiled in several pictures next to a giant stuffed tiger.
Her two children also appear in the pictures.

According to Zillow, Crystal bought the home on March 24 for $380,000 and appears to have made some updates to justify the new $699,000 list price

“Me and Richard had our issues, but now we’re all okay and we want what’s best for each other,” said Crystal, who lives in Birmingham, Alabama.
“We are still close as a family and wanted to use our divorce to help sell the house while protecting our own interests.
“It is not necessary for the buyer to take Richard, but they do have the option of deducting some money from the purchase price of the property.

“Taking the photos was hilarious and I particularly like the look of the tiger in some of the shots.
“Hopefully someone sees the funny side of this and takes the house and Richard out of my hands sooner rather than later!”
The listing has gone viral on social media, with one Facebook commenter calling it “kind of a genius when it comes to marketing strategies” and “hilarious.”
