Blac Chyna will not get testimony, a Los Angeles judge has ruled.

Chyna had asked to repeat her time on the witness stand last Thursday, her second and final day of testimony at her trial seeking $100 million in damages from the Kardashian-Jenner family. The thumbs-down came Thursday morning as attorneys for both sides prepared to begin their closing arguments before a Los Angeles jury.

Asking for the rerun, the former Exotic dancer and current OnlyFans star said she was too upset to come clean last Thursday after Kardashian-Jenner attorney Michael G. Rhodes sat down and handed her a binder containing her own nude photo had on the witness stand.

The graphic photo was one of the images her former fiancé Rob Kardashian posted to his social media in 2017 after their relationship — and their reality show Rob & Chyna — ended.

Rhodes had given Chyna the folder when he asked her about a restraining order she had sought against Rob Kardashian after he made it public. The photo is evidence of Chyna’s upcoming trial against him, which alleges he physically and with “revenge porn” assaulted her during their relationship.

Chyna, whose birth name is Angela White, was visibly shocked when confronted with the photo on the stand, which was not shown to the jury.

“I see your decision on this motion,” Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s attorney, told LA Superior Court Judge Gregory Alarcon Thursday after he nullified the review.

But: “I have been adamant that the nude photograph not be presented to the plaintiff,” she told the judge.

When the judge suggested that both sides agreed it could be used as a display piece – just not shown to the jury – Ciani said she never agreed to the “emotionally arousing” photos being shown to Chyna.

Each side has said their closing statements should last around 45 minutes.
