«We do not condemn the miners. We want to conclude a formalization pact; we want to recognize them; We want to help modernize it,” said the owner.
Regarding the proposal to the farmers dedicated to the cultivation of coca to help restore the forests and protect the biodiversity of the country, the minister explained that the characterization process in six municipalities of Bajo Cauca has already been completed.
