Through its Twitter account, the Lebanese Foreign Ministry held Tel Aviv fully responsible for the escalation in the occupied Palestinian territories, as well as for the repeated violation of the sanctity of the Holy Mosque.
Lebanese diplomacy welcomed the Palestinians’ insistence on defending their land, property and sanctity by any means available.
At the same time, the State Department expressed the decline in international interest in the Palestinian cause and condemned aggressive and racist Israeli policies.
In this context, Hezbollah strongly condemned the unfair and rejected double standards practiced by some Western and Arab governments with complicity and silence in the massacre committed by Tel Aviv in the Jenin camp in the West Bank city.
At the same time, he praised the heroic Palestinian martyrdom operations in occupied Jerusalem, in which dozens of settlers were killed and injured.
Earlier, legislators, parties, organizations and religious leaders in Lebanon had rejected the attacks on the Palestinian population by the forces of Benjamin Netanyahu’s extremist government.
