Ezio Greggio and Romina Pierdomenico were guests of the episode of very correct Airing Sunday January 29th. It’s the first time the couple has spoken about each other. Silvia Toffanin has revealed that behind the scenes of Striscia la Notia, Greggio often talks about his partner and how she usually cooks healthy meals. Romina Pierdomenico explained to the moderator: “To those who said that we would last a month, a year at most, I mean that we have been here for four and a half years.”
Romina Pierdomenico’s outburst against prejudice
Ezio Greggio and Romina Pierdomenico got engaged in 2018. He is 68 years old and she is 30. Romina clarified that the age difference has never been an issue because she has met older people before and she is definitely intrigued by the personality of Ezio Gregor. In fact, she believes that her mate is younger than her in spirit. She then vented about the prejudice suffered for that relationship:
Prejudices accompanied me during these years, it wasn’t easy. I have broad shoulders but I don’t feel free from the deplorable comments that have accompanied me over the years but I am strong. I learned to manage them because I know who I am and where I come from, from a humble family, in my life I’ve always worked, I’ve always studied hard to achieve my goals. And if in my life I met and fell in love with an amazing man like him, it’s not my fault.

Ezio Greggio is ready to swear that Romina Pierdomenico flooded him with messages on Instagram in a bid to win him over. But she tells a different truth: “You sent me the messages”. The Striscia la Notia presenter then confessed: “Okay, I sent them, then we arranged to meet, and there something very strong happened, almost like a movie.” Romina Pierdomenico repeated it, claiming that she was in what happened, saw a sign of fate. In June, while chatting, they had agreed to go out together on July 4th: “Fate would have us meet on the street in Milan 24 hours before our appointment.” Greggio said he was in the car with a friend. He got out to pick up another passenger when he noticed Romina Pierdomenico standing across the street renting a bike: “I go up and greet her and she says, ‘But you’re a day early'” Romina added that they immediately felt comfortable, so they met again the next day as originally agreed: “And it worked out”.
