Trump: I need more lawyers than Al Capone and trust Putin through intelligence agencies

Donald Trump hinted that he trusts Russian President Vladimir Putin more than US intelligence officials when he complained that he needs more lawyers than notorious crime boss Al Capone.

The day after Trump got back on the campaign trail, he and his wife Melania were spotted at a party in Mar-a-Lago, where some of his supporters were caught dancing and twerking to rapper Cardi B’s Song Up in a video posted by Twitter were called PatriotTakes account.

The former president was also pictured on the golf course on Sunday wearing a white polo shirt with blue ’47’ embroidered on the sleeve – meaning he plans to become both the 45th and 47th President of the United States.

Trump often appears at events at his Mar-a-Lago club, mostly to worship the attendees.

While it appears that Trump is experimenting with more retail policies in his third White House bid, he still spends his days socializing and golfing at his Palm Beach, Fla., club after taking up permanent residence in his Mar-a -Lago took 2020 home.

The day after Trump was spotted golfing and partying in Florida, he took to Truth Social to slam federal police guns.

“Because of the arming, the targeted assault, and the unprecedented harassment, I believe I have more attorneys working for me on this corrupt law enforcement caused cop…. than any other human being in the history of our country, including the late gangster great Alphonse Capone!’ Trump wrote in a post to his Truth Social.

“This is all happening for POLITICAL REASONS as I am leading everyone, Republicans and Democrats, in the polls by big numbers. The disinformation specialists are back at work. The fake news is their TOOL!’

Trump is vying with his 2024 White House bid to be the second president to win two non-consecutive terms. The only other was Grover Cleveland, who became the first Democrat elected after the Civil War in 1885 and served as both the 22nd and 24th President. Benjamin Harrison served four years between Cleveland’s two four-year terms.

After announcing a third presidential nomination on November 15, Trump waited two and a half months before campaigning.

His first two events on Saturday spanned two states, stopping in New Hampshire to speak with the first primary state’s Republican Party during their annual meeting. He then flew to Columbia, South Carolina, to address a few hundred invited supporters in the state capital.

Following his remarks in Colombia, Trump stopped at an old-school ice cream parlor and burger joint called Zesto, where he ordered a chocolate-dipped ice cream cone.

Saturday’s events and fanfare show Trump trying out retail politics this time around, as he addressed crowds much smaller than usual at his famous mega rallies and mingled with supporters throughout the community.

But the day after those events, Trump was spotted playing golf and then attending a party in Mar-a-Lago with former first lady Melania.

It’s not clear if the former first couple was at the party while guests in the front of the room twerked to Cardi B’s song “Up.”

However, separate video shows the pair swaying from side to side, forming The Village People’s words “YMCA.”

While Trump spends most of his days in Mar-a-Lago, the Palm Beach, Fla., property was raided by the FBI in August to remove boxes of classified documents he left after leaving office in January 2021 had taken from the White House.

The Presidential Records Act requires that all official White House documents be sent to the National Archives — a request it ignored for more than nine months.

This has prompted increased scrutiny of federal government intelligence and law enforcement agencies.

Trump said in a Monday Truth post that US intelligence officials like James Comey and Andrew McCabe are “lowlifes,” and said their actions made him trust even people like Putin more.

“Remember in Helsinki when a third-rate reporter basically asked me who I trust more, President Putin of Russia or our ‘intelligence’ lowlifes,” Trump wrote.

“My instinct at the time was that we were really bad guys in the form of James Comey, McCabe (whose wife was being helped by Crooked Hillary while Crooked was under investigation!), Brennan, Peter Strzok (whose wife is with the SEC) and his mistress Lisa Page. Now add McGonigal & other slimes to the list.’

“Who would you vote for, Putin or these outsiders?” asked he.
