Footage shows Radimak jumping out of his black Tesla Model X and approaching several other vehicles with a metal pipe, which he uses to hit the cars before getting back in his car and driving away
Police say Radimak is responsible for at least two such incidents that occurred on January 11.
In one of the incidents, the man was caught on video jumping out of his black Tesla Model X and running towards the victim’s car before hitting it several times with the pipe.
The victim in that particular incident said he began recording after seeing the Tesla driver behaving erratically and targeting another victim before focusing on him.
The victim, who remained anonymous while speaking to a local outlet about the encounter, said: “At first you’re like, ‘Do you want me to nail him to the wall with my car?’ ‘Should I run him over?’ ‘What should I do?’
“And I’ve been trying to stay focused and think, ‘I don’t want to go from victim to criminal right away.’
Video of the incident showed Radimk stopping his Tesla next to a white sedan on a freeway exit.
He then gets out of his car and sprints towards it, trying to hit it before the limousine drives away quickly.
“He returns to his car and realizes I’m picking him up, so he follows me,” the victim explained.
“At some point he interrupts me, hits the brakes and hits my car,” the victim said in January, when he was still hoping for an impending arrest.
