Coco ferme, the 25th film from Tales for All, will be released in Quebec’s dark rooms on February 24th.
But before it enchants young and old across the province, the film will be screened on February 19 at the opening of the 26th edition of the Montreal International Children’s Film Festival (FIFEM). The event will take place from February 25th to March 5th.
The trailer has also just been unveiled.
Keep in mind that three new original Tales for All movies are planned, with Coco Ferme being the first to see the light of day as we reboot the popular franchise. “Coco Ferme” focuses on three young entrepreneurs who set out to start a farm with 500 laying hens, a project that won’t be as easy as you might think.

Here is the synopsis of the production: “Max and his father settle in a quiet village a few kilometers from the big city. When Max discovers chickens in his cousin Charles’ old, abandoned big house, the young man sees an opportunity to start a business by selling organic eggs. Maxi calls his friends and in particular Alice, a YouTuber and her family, as well as all the residents of the village, including the friendly Tite-Bière. When bureaucratic forces combine against him, Max must use all the lessons he’s learned from his heroes to achieve his goal.

Coco Ferme is written by Dominic James in collaboration with Jacques Desjardins, directed by Sébastien Gagné and produced by Les Productions la Fête et Attraction in association with Quebecor Content and Club illico.
